Lot’s of space to have fun. Beautiful fire place with best location. Best part is the outdoor shower 👍. For future renters it would be nice to give them a choice for jet skis with fee. They will love it.

We truly had such a lovely time staying at your property and making wonderful memories together at Lake Anna. We completely fell in love with the area—so much so that we've already booked a return trip for Labor Day weekend! The only tiny hiccup we had was during checkout when the front door battery seemed to have run out, but it certainly didn't dampen our spirits after such a beautiful stay.

We stayed here with a group of teens and they had a great time on the water and in the spacious home.

The house is just as described and how you see in the pictures. The distance to the water was PERFECT. Very close and has a nice variety of water toys. The “house” above the garage was perfect! Also loved how the garage had all the amenities for my kids to play without the noise bothering us adults. We would go again!

Daniel's house is gorgeous! Spacious, everything you need, beautiful view of the lake, kayaks, bodyboards, hot tub, fire pit, multiple decks, multiple masters (wow!), even a Zevo bug catcher plugged in for gnats that inevitably come in the house. Really appreciated the attention to detail -- shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, kleenex, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Looked lot better than in pictures.
Though pool was not mentioned in the listing, it was a surprise welcome for us.
Loved the Private dock with Kayak, paddle boats. could add couple more considering the guest count.
State of the art appliances, tesla charger for peace of mind (no need to plan a visit to charging station)
Attic converted to kids den is well designed and spacious, can sleep 6-8
List goes on …..definitely recommend for a family get together for a relax and peaceful stay.

My family and I had a great time at this house! It was very family friendly with high chairs for the littlest to bunk beds and a game room for the older kids. The lake access was ideal and communication with the host was seamless. Would love to return in the future!

Clean, spacious house with a huge dock that’s as private as you can possibly expect to find. Swimming and fishing were excellent from the dock. Groceries, breweries and restaurants all within 10 minutes. Fantastic vacation home in a great location!

Beautiful views and fun and enjoyable boat dock. Great for two families. Great amenities for a week at the lake. We will be back.

This home was absolutely beautiful and made for a perfect relaxing lake weekend with friends. Daniel was extraordinarily responsive and addressed all questions quickly and professionally. Will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. While located in a community, the lot provided excellent privacy. Great for large groups. We have 17 in our family and had plenty of space to spread out. There’s room for more. Our ‘young people’ ranged from 13 to 23. The game room w pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball had plenty of use, as did the theatre room for late night movies. Plenty of room to stretch out outdoors as well, with the dock deck, beach, porches, and a nice private location for the fire pit. (could use a few more chairs there..maybe bring some folding chairs along). Of course, the lake provided plenty of floating, water games, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We brought some of our own to add to those on hand. Limited boat rentals on the private side of the lake, so would advise to use the hosts suggested source if that is of interest. Bottom line..great place, great host, we would come back. - Steve, Betti and family.

Off the Clock at Lake Anna was an incredible lake house that our family thoroughly enjoyed! Daniel & his colleagues were very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!!

Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable . The house and boathouse was great . Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was incredibly large which was great. Game room was a hit for the younger crowd. Only thing was the driveway was steep and narrow for trucks and boat trailers. But that was only thing , everything else was great . Had an amazing time . Thank you

The place is great! Very modern and beautiful. Lots of space. One very important thing that should be mentioned is how steep the driveway is. We brought all the kids bikes, but they did not get used as much as we would have liked. The driveway is very deep and was tough for the Little. Otherwise no complaints. Awesome place, great host.

Very nice place for your friend and family getaway from city load life, very isolated quiet cozy place,
Fire-pit, Jacuzzi, close to lake, lots of towel and extra sheets
Couple thing i have to mention, need to fix some paddle board and kayak very old and broken also the deck located very shallow mud area, main sink garbage wasn’t working from begging and very limited big pots for cooking family meal,

This was a perfect lake house for the 4 generations of our family that stayed here. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out on all 3 floors so that every age group from 5 to 91 could get a good nights sleep. The kitchens were also well stocked with all we needed. During the day, there was plenty to do with the available paddle boards and kayaks and the house was well stocked with life jackets, floating devices, sand shovels, and buckets. I would definitely stay at this place again! We were also impressed with how clean the house was.
