Beautiful house! Great for kids! The playground and kids room with toys were perfect for our littles! The public beach was so close and great to swim and play at. Loved our stay!

This house was excellent and easily accommodated our large party (oh yeah, 4 refrigerators/freezers- great for storing bags of ice). It was super clean with all the needed amenities and extras. The entire house was spacious and spread out for kids and adults to have their own space. Kids loved playing in the basement on the rainy nights while adults hung upstairs. The boathouse is where we spent most of our time - what a structure! We loved all the provided kayaks, paddle boards, floats, life vests and fishing rods already on the property.
As noted in some of the reviews, the boathouse could use a thorough power wash/spider repellant to rid itself of the many spiders and cobwebs. It didn’t stop us from using it tho, the boathouse is where we spent most of our time.
Daniel was great to communicate with and responsive. We hope to be back again!

Great for our family gatherings the past two years. Nice open concept, lots of beds, wonderful water facilities with a nice-sized dock and several types of watercraft. Daniel was exceptionally pro-active in responding to any questions we had.

The home is better than advertised! Beautiful, spacious, and has everything you could imagine for a relaxing, memorable family vacation. Gorgeous open floor plan, a kitchen that has everything you’ll need and more. The views of the lake through the floor to ceiling windows in the gathering space are beautiful. The basement has everything your bigs and littles need on a rainy day to keep them entertained and on the sunny days, the number of kayaks and paddle boards on property can accommodate everyone for lake fun.

Scheduled a week in 1st week of August for family vacation. Daniel was very quick to respond with any questions we had before our vacation started. All details of check in and house info was provided on a different site before checkin. Things included were things to do in area, restaurant/bar locations, boat rentals, guided fishing tour info etc, very informative before you even get there.
When we arrived, check in was easy with code given day before. House was spotless and perfectly as described. Kitchen had all utensils you would need! Also cookware was quality, and cooked well on gas stove. Basement was a great spot which kids loved playing the games down there. Also great addition was full fridge in the basement bar area! Also a fun addition was the Jimmy Buffet margarita machine in basement bar area. Kids loved making fruit smoothies with it.
Boat dock was great, with the 2 kayaks and paddle board that were there. Only had 1 issue(wasp nest at docks) which was handled quickly.

Loved this Airbnb. Location was incredible. We enjoyed a quiet week in the water. Perfect location for paddleboarding and kayaking. But we also had a great time renting jet skis.
House had great amenities! Our kids loved reading out in the hammocks, or playing pool, foosball and chess on rainy days. Kitchen was well appointed and everyone thought the beds were comfortable!
This was our first trip to Lake Anna and we would 100% book this home again!

The house was amazing. beautiful views and extremely comfortable. It was everything that was advertised. Dan was a great host and communicated well with us before and after we were in. this was our first family reunion and it will be hard to top the experience. Thanks Dan and all who helped us get this thing going. We would definitely suggest anyone to try it!!

Very clean, beautiful house with lots of amenities.

Daniel was a great host, being very communicative through booking, check in, and check out processes. The house was as described, felt new and clean, and fit our group’s needs. Location was a very short walk to tennis/pickle courts and the pool! Overall would highly recommend!
Be prepared for a 3rd party website for paying an additional damage protection fee, background check prior to check in, and information during the stay. It’s clearly written in the listing description, yet may catch some guests off guard.

Wow, you can’t beat the location on the cove. Our kids spent entire days on the dock and in the water, kayaking, paddle boarding fishing, and playing on the provided floating mat. We spotted deer and eagles! Lots of extras like kitchen speaker and charging station, laundry detergent, trash bags, kitchen tools,etc. We made s’mores at the fire pit and played card games at the dining room table. Perfect way to end our summer - a combination of fun & relaxation.

This house is beautiful! The pictures are accurate! The kitchen is well stocked with new utensils, plates, bowls, and cookware. The wrap around porch is excellent for views and drying wet clothes. The beds and pillows are comfortable with nice linens. The basement is a kids paradise with arcade games, foosball, billiards, theater room, and multiple card and board games. They even had a mini golf set. There is also cornhole outside. The grill was clean and works well. The bathrooms are nice and stocked with multiple towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Definitely had a nice hotel feel. The only drawback to the house is a lack of a dock for guests. You are not able to dock any boat on the community dock behind the house. However, if you own your boat you are able to launch and retrieve from the boat launch which is very close by. We rented a boat for 3 days so the 30 min drive one way was a slight inconvenience. The water level was the lowest it has been since 2001 so kayaking from the lakefront was not feasible. But you can't fix mother nature! Overall, this is a very nice property and would highly recommend!

Extremely responsive host!! Very easy to work with.

The host (Daniel) was extremely responsive. The house was exactly like the pictures. Tons of room. So many things to do without needing to leave the house. Having Jett Park right down the road was a perk also since we had so many kids. Plenty of parking, beds, and outdoor seating. Mega grill was a plus! 10 out of 10. Worth every cent.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is so unique, beautifully maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Daniel was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We loved the beautiful waterfront views and being able to use the kayaks—it was such a nice bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with great appliances. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful property with amazing water access. The swimming hole was great for the kids of all ages in our group, they loved how warm the water is! Having a separate garage game room and suite above is was very helpful for additional space, and everyone loved the games. We would come here again!

We had a family/friends vacation at the house with 10 people and the house met all of our expectations! We would love to stay again and highly recommend this house. We brought our own boat and it was easy to dock to the house dock. The dock and cove was fantastic anytime we weren't on our boat we were on the dock watching the kids jump, swim and kayak.

Amazing stay! My family of 15 had a wonderful time and everyone had a great amount of space ! Even our dogs LOVED the dock and swimming!

This was a perfect house in a beautiful location for our three generations of family to gather. The lake is very accessible and great for all ages to enjoy. We would definitely return here.

Lovely home with plenty of space for all 17 of us to gather together - or have some quiet time. Made for a memorable family vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The play area and movie room kept young and old having fun with basketball and billiards contests and popcorn and movie nights. (We were excited to find huge stacks of DVDs of every genre to add to our viewing fun).Cooking meals - and the seemingly nonstop snacking - was made easier by the wonderfully equipped kitchen and the 4 refrigerators. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of cookware, a Blackstone grill, gas grill, a kurig coffee maker - and coffee pods! We loved the beautiful pool and made s'mores and sticky, sweet memories around the fire pit. Most of all we loved having the dock, where we brought our pontoon boat and spent much of our vacation on or in the beautiful Lake Anna. Our host, Dan, was excellent. He communicated quickly befote, during and after our stay and make our time as perfect as possible.
