Nice house, weekend was relaxing

Excellent property with new high end appliances and furniture. Very tastefully decorated. Beautiful views of Lake Anna. Kayaking was great.

We visit Lake Anna almost every weekend during the summer, so we were incredibly excited to finally rent a lake house. This home exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with breathtaking lake views, and the sunsets from both the main level and the lower level are absolutely stunning.
The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kids had plenty of room to play and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Daniel was a fantastic host, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
We made so many great memories here and are already looking forward to coming back. We would absolutely stay at one of Daniel’s Lake Anna homes again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and peaceful getaway!

great house and space!

We were so pleased with Daniele and the gorgeous home! Endless amenities and terrific location! Kayaking, swimming in the lake, bag toss, an amazing boat house, paddle boards, beautiful fire pit and chairs, multiple dining options inside and outside the house, a home gym, hot tub, a fully finished and amazing game room and so many bedrooms and beds - amazing! So much room and so welcoming and relaxing! A++!!

Home was exceptionally clean and ready for our arrival. Kitchen had every item needed to feed our crew of 12 or more. Extra refrigerators were a plus. Deck area was a haven for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Pool was fabulous and the hot tubs were in use everyday. Loved the theater room and the young adults had a blast with karaoke area. Beds were very comfortable and loved the filled shower dispensers. Towels were first class and plentiful. Communications with owner was excellent and they went over and above to manage a pool issue that occurred. We were able to dock pontoon boat and jet ski easily. Instructions for checking out were easy to follow. Fabulous home and we thank you for a memorable week with our family. Looking forward to our returning next year!

We really enjoyed our stay here - the home was beautiful! Everything was relatively new, the kitchen and backyard were beautiful. Shaded dock was a great plus. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Lake Anna!

This is our second time staying at one of Daniel’s properties and it could not have been better! The home was amazing and had everything we needed, plus more! The lake is just a few feet away and very swimmable. The beach access was great and the boat traffic is very minimal! Everything felt very private in the home and on the water! They actually have more kayaks than specified in their listing (I think there were 2 for adults and 2 for kids)! The little beach area was awesome!! The game room was so fun and stocked with games!! The view is breathtaking! My group was provided with very clear check in and check out instructions & Daniel responded within 10 minutes to every message! We will definitely be back! If you are considering staying here look no further! This is a 10/10 place to stay!

We had such an amazing trip here! The getaway was amazing for our family and celebrating the adoption of our son. It was easy to fill the day relaxing and playing at the lake. Lots of great memories were made. We would definitely vacation here again!

This home was a perfect stay for our family vacation. We were blessed with great weather, so made use of the dock and lake! We rented a boat and the dock is easily accessible and in a great local on the lake. The basement games area was a lot of fun in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!
The host is friendly and responsive. He answered our questions quickly and thoroughly.
Overall it was a fantastic stay!

The space was perfect for a large family vacation. There were four adults and seven children and the house provided everything we needed; kayaks, tubes, life vests, board games, air hockey, , volleyball nets, televisions, gaming units. The kids could not believe how much stuff there was for them to do!

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the property and access to the lake. There was tons of space for our group of 10 adults and 3 small children. We rented a pontoon boat for our stay and had it delivered to the dock and fully enjoyed our dose of the lake life!
There were a couple of maintenance type issues but the host was very responsive and got them addressed quickly. I would recommend bringing wasp spray to address nuisance wasps around the dock.

Daniel’s property was the perfect destination for our large gathering. With multiple families staying together, we were thrilled by how much space the property offered. There were activities for everyone to enjoy in several comfortable areas where we could gather, relax and make memories together. The lakefront is truly exceptional. The kids spent endless hours swimming and enjoying the various water activities, while the adults appreciated the beautiful setting and ample outdoor space. Danielle was an outstanding host who responded quickly to any questions, including during a severe storm that temporarily knocked out power. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This property is ideal for anyone planning a large group vacation or multi-family getaway!

Our family loved the house,. It was lovely and clean. What we really loved was the lake and the setting. So peaceful . We spent all day floating around the private cove, kayaking and paddle boarding. We look forward to returning again

Lovely home for our family and friends! House was perfect for the week. The teens loved the theater room, hot tub, and lake access. The kayaks and water boards were a huge hit!
