My family and I enjoyed our vacation very much. Host was very communicative when anything came up. Overall everyone was happy and the space was perfect for my family.

Great for a big group and amazing access to the lake!

This is our third year staying at Daniel's place, and we love it every time. The lakefront beach is perfect for our toddlers, and the house is perfectly appointed for adults and kids alike. There are gorgeous views, and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as easy and pleasant as possible. We already booked the property for next summer!

The house is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. It was like going home, just pack your clothes! We had a wonderful family time! There was everything we needed for our young grandchildren and lots of extras.
We also rented a boat from DV Rentals, recommended by Daniel. They delivered a pontoon boat to our dock and then picked it up! Our family enjoyed fishing from the dock, as well and caught catfish and bass. We also took our grandchildren to the community beach and they loved it.
We were so sorry to go home, our time went so fast and we didn’t do it all, next time we will have to stay longer.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, better than expected! Everything you could need was available and more…multiple refrigerators, even at the dock, ice makers, life vests, zero gravity chairs at the dock, fire pit, hot tub, craft room was even stocked with supplies! We did not need to leave the house to find something to do in the evenings, it kept the families busy with game room, tv’s, yards games, etc.. The location was perfect, we do many water activities (tubing, water skiing, wakeboarding) and the cove was large enough to do these things right in front of and watch from the dock. There was minimal boat and jet ski traffic, it felt like having the lake to ourselves!
Daniel was a great host and fantastic communicator before and during our stay! I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home with great lake views and plenty of room for a large group. We had a fantastic time and never felt crowded. The house was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our gathering. Highly recommended!

Loved the kayak and canoe!

Daniel was a great host, great communication and responsive. However, there was some issue with the property management company and website. There is an entirely separate registration process on their own website and communication channels. Daniel refered me to them at first, and when I asked them about late-check out, I didn't get a response. It wasn't until I asked Daniel twice about a late-check out, did he give me an answer that it wasn't possible. That's nothing against him, but I wish he could've just given me an answer when I asked the first time. Overall, it's a small thing, so I'm still very pleased and satisfied with our stay and Daniel's communication.

Such a great property to get away with your family and enjoy the water front. Definitely coming back again. Every year we book from Daniel is a blast for us and our family. Highly recommend.

What a truly wonderful experience! The place offered everything we needed for incredible memories and comfort for adults and kids alike. Being able to walk to the pool with littles was a true highlight, as was the boat rental being able to be right next to us. The kayak was awesome as well! And let’s not forget smores at the fire pit and Blueberry Bay Market—major highlights for us! Thank you for everything.

The venue was amazing! Beautiful outdoor and so many fun activities to do right at the house. Daniel is a great host. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be returning before summers end. Thank you!

Clean, spacious home well suited for a larger gathering. Great location and beautiful spot. Very quiet, but only a couple minutes drive to the larger areas of the lake. Would love to return at some point.

The house was gorgeous and worked very well for our large family. The pool was great and the slide was a big hit. The only suggestion that I have is to take the doors off the washer and dryer and turn them both around. Thanks for hosting a great week for us.

This was my fourth or fifth stay at Daniel’s Airbnb, and once again, everything was excellent. Daniel is always kind, welcoming, and very responsive. The house is comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything we need for a pleasant stay.
I truly appreciate Daniel’s hospitality and attention to detail. I look forward to staying here again in the future with fellow teachers and educators. Thank you, Daniel, for consistently providing such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Great house- very spacious and plenty of room to spread out if needed. Great dock also and perfect spot on the lake!

Daniel was extraordinarily responsive to every need we had throughout our stay. The home and outdoor spaces were beautifully maintained, the community amenities were easily accessible, and there was something for our entire family of six to enjoy! Lake life truly is the best life, and we enjoyed every relaxing moment of it during our stay at Daniel’s home. I would highly recommend this property to others in the future, and will definitely do so with friends and family.

Fabulous spot on Lake Anna. Terry's Run lake house met all of our family's needs. Dock and all the water equipment made for lots of family fun. Plenty of room for all of our grown children and grand-children to play and sleep. We appreciate Daniel's responsiveness to all our inquiries.

The place was very well kept and clean when we arrived. The home open architecture, private dock, 4 kayaks and firepit with 10 chairs was very appreciated. We sat by the firepit, enjoyed s'mores and watched the beautiful sunsets. We were l0 (parents in 70's, children/spouses and 4 grandchildren Everyone had access to bathrooms and individual bedrooms. We loved the spacious yard to the dock. Children loved the kayaks and swimming.
Daniel was very responsive when we couldn't find items. The kitchen was fully stocked -- didn't lack a single item. Our grandson said it "was 5 stars".
We would come again. Our family commented all week how much they liked it.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Sails! The lake was gorgeous and surprisingly clear and warm. We loved floating around in the kayaks while watching fish swim, spotting turtles on branches, spotting baby deer along the coast line, and watching a couple of beautiful cranes. The house had everything our group needed and felt much more spacious than expected. One of the biggest perks was the separate living area for the kids, which essentially became their own apartment for the week and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. The screened-in porch was another highlight. It was the perfect place to relax at any time of day. Great place to enjoy the warm weather without the direct sun, reading a book with a favorite drink, or simply watching storms roll across the lake. Although we didn't end up using the game room, it looked well-stocked with plenty of options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and would happily return!
