The home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We all had a wonderful week spending family time together. All the kids and grandkids had so much fun with lots to do.

The house was amazing! Not only is it beautiful, it is well appointed, comfortable and inviting. The 3 C's as I call it - clean, cozy and comfy. The beds were all very comfortable, with high quality linens and blankets. All of the photos they list were spot on. Daniel was very easy to work with and more importantly, very responsive throughout the entire process. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more, including plenty of towels (for drying off after the hot tub or lake fun). This was our first time to Lake Anna and we found the location absolutely perfect. The home is close to the food store, restaurants, gas station and pontoon/ wave riders. I would recommend this home to family and friends.

Great vacation house with all the amenities!

Had a wonderful week in Daniel’s spacious, well-appointed lake house. Our family enjoyed every minute and never lacked for anything. Daniel was responsive to several requests during our stay and extremely friendly and helpful with each. Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable home, with lots of space. It’s a beautiful lake front property. Daniel was responsive and professional. The lake was warm, but not too warm. Enjoyable stay.

The house experience in Mineral was just amazing. We all loved it and our host was wonderful to work with. We will definitely visit this place again, It was beautiful from start to finish. Everyone had s wonderful time and it was so peaceful. We loved the private beach and all the toys, boats and activities to make our family vacation just what we had hoped for.

We had an outstanding week-long stay on Lake Anna for a four-generational family reunion. There was ample room for many families, kids and three large dogs. The large table enabled all of us to sit down together. We enjoyed grilling on the deck, making s’mores over the fire pit and playing games on the large lawn. The lake is beautiful and very peaceful. We would love to come back again!

My family and I had a great time on the lake. Created memories that we will never forget. Daniel was quick and responsive with my inquiries. Will hopefully be back in the future !!

Great stay! Our family of 15 was quite comfortable staying at Daniel's place. Daniel and team were responsive and helpful too. Overall, the house provided exactly what we needed and the access to the Lake, and its warm temps, was icing on the cake. We hope to return!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was great to communicate with and the home was very clean. We really liked the game room, hot tub, fire pit, and the lakefront pier. The owners have thought of everything to keep your family entertained. I highly recommend this rental property. 5 Stars!

Great amenities great space inside the house very well kept. That's a minor issues with thermostat but finally got it sorted out with the property management company. Definitely want to come back again with better weather to enjoy the outside amenities around the property.

This property was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. The amenities were fantastic, and the house had everything we needed—and more. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home from the moment we arrived.The host was very responsive and informative.The setting was peaceful and secluded, providing the perfect escape. One of our favorite parts of the stay was watching the blue herons and ospreys every day from the property. The natural surroundings were beautiful and added to the overall experience.The home is ideal for a family getaway, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and spend time together. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a place to gather with family and friends, this property is a wonderful choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful girls trip weekend and would recommend! Beautiful home, clean, well stocked and very guest friendly. The secondary booking portal required by the management company was frustrating but the property is fabulous. There currently are not any railings on back porch or back stairs so caution if that’s critical for your needs.

Great place. Kayaks and paddle boards were great. Game room and yard kept everyone busy.

Awesome house! We loved our stay…a comfortable bedroom for everyone, a pristine and pre-heated hot tub upon arrival, and a walk-in pantry where everyone could unload groceries and then easily find them. One of the best things about this home is the thoughtful seating options, encouraging people to sit and talk. We loved the many barstools around the island so we could talk while others cooked. We had s’mores by the firepit. We often sat outside in the screened in porch and caught up. It is also I believe the ONLY Lake Anna rental house that has a dinner table that seats twelve. Eating together is an important event, especially for families on vacation. (Most large houses sleep 18 but have a dinner table for 6!) We also really enjoyed DV Boat Rentals delivering our boat to the dock, making life easy and saving precious vacation time. We had a wonderful stay at this home!

I stayed at Daniel’s place with the max number of guests. We found it spacious and no one ever felt like they couldn’t find a nook if they needed a moment to themselves. The house is beautiful and the rooms/bathrooms were amazing. There was so much to do that no one was ever bored. If anything the decisions on what to do were hardest. The boat dock and water toys were perfect and a lot of group time was spent in the water. I would absolutely stay here again!
Only negative was that the 2nd fridge didn’t handle all our food very well and did not stay cold enough when packed initially. I would recommend all meats and perishables to be put in the main fridge.
