This place was the perfect lake house getaway. The house was right on the water as described. The location was good, a bit secluded, so not much options in terms eating out and the nearest grocery is about 20 minutes away, but we were prepared for this. The house itself was beautiful and had everything you could want. There was something for everyone: amenities for big groups, amenities for kids of all ages, and dog friendly to boot. The rooms were spacious and everything was super clean. The kitchen was beautiful and updated and perfect for a few home cooked meals, and a nice grill out back. The dockside area was a perfect hang out spot with plenty of places to lounge, a full bar with fridges, floaties to go on the lake, and areas to dock a water craft if needed, and even a small beach right at the water for anyone missing the beach vibes. The host was very responsive to any needs, one of the chairs was previously broken and was replaced immediately. Would definitely return!

The house and it's location were exceptional. Great views and we all had an amazing time. More than enough room for all of our guests, a few times some of the people got lost inside.

Beautiful home right on the lake. Appreciated Daniel’s quick response to various inquiries. Place was very clean and as described.
Was a big PIA to fill out all the required guest info through a separate portal once your stay is confirmed. I rent a lot of airbnb’s and have never had to fill this much info out. Was also surprised that there was a minimum $75 dollar fee to check in 2 hrs early; however they were not able to accommodate an early check in so nothing was charged.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Great house in a quiet Cove. The dock was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was super clean. Great first floor layout for gathering for a large group. We had an amazing weekend, floating by the dock, renting a pontoon boat and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Thank you for hosting us!

My family and friends enjoyed our stay on this property! We actually wished we were there longer. Daniel was very responsive to any questions I had and last minute accommodation. Pool water was delicious even at night with some breeze. We hope to come back soon! Thank you!

The house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the only downside is the primary bedroom didn’t have a fan which is a huge negative for people who enjoy cold bedrooms. It wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means and we would definitely be back.

Our large extended family enjoyed the property for a fun-filled lakefront gathering. We used the provided paddle boards and brought our own kayaks, beach chairs and a canoe to enjoy the very quiet and partially shaded lakefront. The wide expansive view of the lake is scenic and very private from surrounding neighbors due to the dense forest of trees. We hiked daily back and forth along the gated quiet mile long gravel street and saw one neighbor in her yard during the entire weekend. The kitchen island and table are huge and accommodated our large group perfectly - there is a garage refrigerator as well as a couple smaller refrigerators in two bedroom kitchenettes. We would definitely return to this peaceful, idyllic spot on Lake Anna.

My family came to fish and relax and this is exactly what we got. We found the accomodations to be suited for our family with plenty of room and well stocked items. We would recommend this vacation home.

A great time had by all. The house was beautiful, clean, fully appointed, great lake view, and had everything we needed for a multi-family gathering. Plenty of space for sleeping, wiffle ball game out front, s’mores at the fire pit, room for badminton in the back yard, hot tub for soaking and plenty of boating and fishing on the dock! The house had everything, down to pool towels and essentials in the showers. Communication was great. Thank you for a great house to host our annual gathering! We would happily return again.

This was amazing stay. With direct water access, kayaks and water boards, there was a little bit of something for everyone. The deck was beautiful and the view matched. The indoor was just as wonderful as the outdoor. With a well stocked kitchen, a comfy living room, a pool table and a movie room it again had something for everyone. We ate dinner on the screened in porch every night. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking to relax and spend time with family or friends.

We had an amazing stay at Lake Anna thanks to Daniel! The house was perfect,. My family absolutely enjoyed the 5 days we spent there. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything you could need and more. We enjoyed playing games together inside at night in the game room. The backyard area of the house was the highlight of our week. The dock was wonderful, there was plenty of space and seating for everyone. We had a blast using the canoes and caught several large catfish! We spent each evening relaxing in the hot tub, which was nice and toasty. My favorite part of the house were the decks, one on the main house and the upper deck on the dock. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at Lake Anna.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lakefront home! It had plenty of space for our large family and it was very clean! The extra amenities were especially appreciated. We felt like we were truly on vacation simply staying at the house, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, shooting a game of pool, kayaking on the river, and winding down at the end of the day with a movie in the theater room. We very much enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful home and a beautiful location for a family getaway. Great host would recommend for anyone.

Wonderful lake house with a boathouse & beach area for swinning, along with a firepit and all accessories needed. Also comes with kayaks, canoe, SUP, life jackets, paddles, and floating inflatables and a slide off of the dock. Extremely quite area during our stay giving it a very private feel. Ready to go grill and large in-door and out-door seating area for gatherings. The lake water temperature was warm and extremely comfortable for floating or swimming. Plenty of room including a downstairs game room if needed for rainy day fun. Convenient to local grocery store for stocking up on supplies and day trips to places like Monticello, UVA, and the nearby vinyards. Excellent stay during our Monday - Friday early summer holiday.
