Great place for a weekend with friends!

everything was great. we all had a fun time and it was a great experience. there was a lot to do and Daniel was really nice. he was responsive and very helpful. all the instructions were as clear as possible and made everything easy for us. very beautiful place and would definitely love to come back. would highly recommend! thank you again. This property was everything you could ask for and more! Daniel was very responsive and assisted with answering our questions quickly. The house had everything we needed for a big group and appreciated the extras that were available, including water equipment, games, etc. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at Lake Anna.

Beautiful property on the lake! We enjoyed our week there. Beautiful, cabin feel, good spacious areas, fun basement and enough space. We enjoyed the backyard a lot and patio is great to hang out and enjoy meals

My family and I had a wonderful stay!. The home is laid out beautifully so everyone was able to relax whitout being on top of each other yet close enough to come together in the afternoons around a fire or at the dinner table, plus so many outdoor activities (especially fishing....maybe that was the only down side pulling the guy's away 😀) we definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Daniel and his team were extremely proactive and responsive when the air conditioning had a glitch. Fans were provided and alternatives provided in case the air conditioning repairs were not fixed the next day. Easy to contact and work with.

We had a really great stay at this awesome home in Mineral! The house is beautiful, the water views are stunning, and the whole place has such a peaceful vibe with all the trees around. We loved hanging out by the dock and the covered pavilion — super relaxing.
Inside it was comfy and spacious for our family. Daniel was a solid host and everything with check-in/checkout went smooth. Definitely a nice spot to unwind by the water.

Wow! What a great vacation spot! We organized a Spring Break trip with 3 total families (including 9 kids!) and we loved it here. Even though it was early April, we couldn't keep the kids out of the water. They we're either jumping off the dock swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding on the lake. And the fishing! We were catching fish non-stop from the dock. Bass, crappy, sunfish, and catfish. The kids loved it. And so did I! The house and property was just as great. Clean. Comfy. Perfect. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

This house was even more beautiful in person. Very accurate description and pictures, loads of things to do, and everything was super clean. We really enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub, pool table and felt like there was plenty of indoor activities had the weather turned bad. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Can’t say enough good things and hope we can stay again!

We really loved our stay. The house was perfect for our two young kids - the bunk bed room was amazing, lots of toys and the playground in the backyard. Plus there was a very large closet in the master bedroom with a pack-n-play that made a great space for our baby. We had trouble checking in due to a connection issue with the newly installed keypad but the host was very responsive while helping us gain access. The house is so beautiful and peaceful, especially the porch. Will be back for sure!

My family had such an amazing week at the lake house. First time to the area and we definitely plan on returning. The house was huge and plenty of room to spread out. It was so perfect for our young kids, equipped with everything we needed and so many activities/games for the whole family. The kids playroom was a huge bonus. Having paddle boards and a kayak and canoe meant we could paddle out together whenever. The little beach was also great for the kids to play on. The house is very private and very peaceful. Host was very communicative and proactive. 10/10

We came here on spring break with another family. There were 4 adults, 3 young kids ages 4-6, an infant and a dog. The house worked for our group perfectly. We reached out to the host a couple of times with inquiries about the home and received a quick reply.
The kitchen was well stocked, coffee was provided, and the overall home was lovely. We loved the views from the deck, the fire pit, boat house (we used the canoe), yard and comfortable beds. The kid loved the sand area, play set and hot tub.
I was hesitant about the bunk beds as I saw another review mention they were in a converted garage but our kids loved them and slept in them every night. The room was well heated/air conditioned when needed, lots of games and places to lounge and play. Definitely felt like an extension of the house.
This may be our last trip with our 15 year old pup, grateful to have an option that allowed us to bring him. He enjoyed sunbathing inside and outside.
For extra relaxation, don’t bring kids 😂

We had an incredible stay at this lake house! The views alone made the trip unforgettable. It was peaceful, scenic, and the perfect relaxing getaway.
The house itself was in pristine condition, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Towels and linens were fresh, and we really appreciated the extras provided, along with toiletries in the showers.
The outdoor equipment and games were a huge hit, especially the kayaking which was easily our favorite part of the trip. Inside, the home was just as entertaining. The kids were especially impressed with the foosball table, which got plenty of use! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.
The host was fantastic, very attentive and responsive whenever we had questions. Any concerns that came up were handled quickly and smoothly. Overall, this was a wonderful, stress-free stay, and we would absolutely come back again!

We rented many places over the years but Daniel and his team were great host and stood out amongst many. The house was great for our group of friends and kids, and describes as noted in the description. It was large and spacious. There were water activities to keep everyone busy and was able Wind down the evening siting around the fire-pit to cap off the evening. The Communication was detailed and fast to respond. Team made sure our group was settling in ok and checked in through out our stay. We already discussed about renting other units they manage next time around. They offered boat rental, and many other recommendation but we just relaxed and enjoyed the area. Thanks again to your team for making this rental easy and enjoyable.

A great place to stay! It was our first time visiting Lake Anna, and the house was wonderful - clean and spacious. The windowed wall that opens up into the back porch was a shining point. We had a continual breeze while we were there. My family loved kayaking and paddle-boarding in the lake. The in-home theater was also a hit. We'd love to stay here again!

The stay was great we had family thatvranged from 3 to 77 years old. If you looking for a yard to play kick ball this is not the location as it slants to down ward to the lake. Otherwise, the place was clean and had everything we needed. The first nignt mutiple family members commented on how well the slept.

The house is in a great place on the water. Views were amazing. Property is luxurious and maintained top notch. Our host, Daniel, was super communicative, friendly, and nice. We had a minor issue during our stay and Daniel responded right away and addressed it. I would definitely stay here again with my family.
