Our quick spring break getaway turned into something truly unforgettable thanks to this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were completely taken by the beautiful lake view.
The home itself was spotless and fully equipped with every appliance and amenity you could imagine, making our stay both comfortable and effortless. What really stood out was the attention to detail, the hosts went above and beyond by stocking plenty of essentials, which made us feel so welcomed and cared for.
This place is more than just a rental—it’s an oasis. The memories we made here are ones we will cherish for a lifetime. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The house was very clean and fully equipped with all the kitchenware, so cooking was really comfortable. There was also a well-prepared outdoor fire place and a hot tub. There were kayaks in the backyard as well, which made it possible to enjoy fun activities.

Great location and a beautiful home perfect for large groups. Beautiful as described , surrounded by lake views and was private. Host Daniel was very responsive. A late checkout would have helped especially with kids to have a relaxed checkout. Except that everything else was exceptional. Would definitely recommend especially during summers

Very nice house with plenty of places to relax inside and out. Pool looks nice ( was not open when we visited) and view of the lake is beautiful. Highly recommend for multi family or large gathering of friends.

Our group had a great stay for a long weekend. The place was as described and Daniel communicated well. Check in and check out were very easy.

My family and I had a great time! This was our first trip to Virginia, this area was very peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. The house was exactly like the picture. This is a small town the closest area with a supermarket is about 4 miles away and there are about 3 food stores/restaurant in that same shopping area, and that’s it in the area.
Suggestion is to plan ahead, near by town in Fredericksburg ( about 25 miles away ) has more shops and restaurants to choose from. Also there is an Exon gas station about 2 miles away.
We had a blast even though it was a bit cold. If you are planning to take this trip go ahead you will definitely enjoy your stay!

Second time staying here. Beautiful place and property on Lake Anna. Excellent place for bigger groups or families. Boathouse deck is excellent for a hangout spot.

Truly enjoyed the stay! The game room provided enough activities for the entire weekend, the pickleball court, bonfire, & hot-tub were used every single night. There were plenty of towels & blankets for bathing, hot tubing & also for the fluctuating weather. Home is located close to grocery making food there easy. Spacious kitchen & dining room fit our 13 guests perfectly at the table & island! Enjoyed the hot showers, available hose for cool down, & the wonderful lake! Would highly recommend this property!

Great host! I truly enjoyed the effective communication and flexibility! Will be adding them as a place to stay as we travel to this location for dance competitions! My star and youth team felt safe and that’s what’s most important when traveling with children!

House was great for a 40th birthday gathering of friends. We enjoyed ourselves and had fun, thanks to the house. Highly recommend.

Perfect place

Daniel was exceptionally helpful in the days leading up to our check-in, and his home was exactly as described. Plenty of space to spread out, everything that you might need for entertainment, and a beautiful yard right on the lake. We had a wonderful spring break stay with our family and will definitely be returning!

Daniel has a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We took advantage of the kayaks on the scenic lake, the sports courts, toys, games, and pool table. We visited some of the sites in the surrounding area. We hope we will be able to come back another time!

The home was absolutely gorgeous, right on the water, with tons of amenities. We had everything we could need—shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, and more. The kayaks were such a fun touch, and we spent a lot of time out on the lake. The host was super responsive and so kind, answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable. We loved it and would absolutely stay again!

Home is represented well from pictures. Roku TV's everywhere that you can easily connect to your streaming accounts. The shining star of this home is the lake dock. Awesome morning sunrises and very peaceful neighborhood. Just what we needed to escape the busy world and relax!
