Great spot. Very clean with comfortable beds.

This is the second time I stayed in one of Daniel's houses. I enjoyed the first one so much. when I looked for a house this visit to Lake Anna, I only considered his houses.

Home was beautiful! Plenty of room for our family gathering. THe kids enjoyed the playroom, the kayaks, and firepit. We will book here again!

Great spot for a girls weekend. Its rained the entire time but we were able to play games, enjoy the hot tub, and spread out across all the spaces. The house had everything we needed and then some.
Only concern is 10am check out is earlier than many places and we needed to strip the beds, take out all the trash, bag towels, etc. So it made for a less relaxing last morning than usual. Still would go back though!

We had a great time! The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Great view of the lake! House had plenty of room for our large family with separate space for the grandkids to play. Daniel and the cohosts did a great job and kept us informed from reservation to checkout.

We had our leadership annual work meeting for 3 days and this space was great. Loved all of the rooms and the kitchen was stocked. We had unusually warm January weather so we could utilize some of the outdoor space but there were so many places to relax outside we didn’t get all of them.

Over-all, this was an excellent stay, and would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a nicer lakefront stay with great amenities and an attentive and responsive host.I will say, there were a few extra steps after book through this platform, and an additional fee (like a security or insurance fee?) so felt like some dynamics of the listing/communcation could have been more clear. However, once booked, the host was responsive and able to answer any questions.Property was as listed and described. Any issues we had were addressed. Pickleball was a blast, Kayaks were available to use, TVs, Wifi, arcade games, etc., all worked great.Also worth mentioning, check-in/check out process was simple. There was not an exhaustive check out list, and it was very simple, which I really appreciate it.

The house was super easy to access, plenty of parking, and getting in was a breeze.
The whole house was very clean and neatly organized, my in-laws and I were very quickly able to make our selves at home. The kitchen is very spacious and perfect for lots of cooking for lots of people.
The house is very spacious and is set up perfectly for a group that might have kids with them, as the upstairs area is perfect for kids to play and teens to watch movies or play video games. On that note, maybe pick up some xbox series x games before arriving as there was only one game available and it was single player only.
There’s a grocery store and liquor store just 8min down the road, and a nice little coffee shop about 5min further.

This was hands down one of the best cabin/lake house stays I’ve ever had. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated/stylish, cozy, and very welcoming. With easy access to the lake, gorgeous views, and lots of fun entertainment options in the house, we truly enjoyed every moment and felt right at home.The host, Daniel & Co, was fantastic to work with, super responsive, organized, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience.If you’re looking for a CLEAN, beautiful lake house, this is absolutely the place. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a relaxing getaway!
