This family-friendly retreat offers a tranquil, away-from-it-all atmosphere that everyone will appreciate. The outdoor area features a lush lawn and a cozy firepit for evening gatherings.

 

All Decked Out spans two levels. On the first floor, relax in a welcoming living area with comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and a TV—ideal for unwinding. From here, step out onto the patio to enjoy the gas grill and outdoor space.

 

Upstairs on the main floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen perfect for creating memorable meals and snacks. The roomy living area comfortably seats your entire group, while the deck provides a scenic outdoor dining space—complete with a special dining area just for kids.

 

With Lake Anna as your backyard, you'll have endless opportunities for outdoor adventure in this breathtaking lakefront setting!

 

You can head to Lake Anna State Park less than 10 miles north and try your hand at hiking, biking, and horseback riding, or take a guided tour of the Goodwin Gold Mine. King's Dominion might be 27.4 miles away, but it's one of the most popular theme parks nearby! The historic city of Fredericksburg is a short 30-mile drive.

The location is great. The place is also not bad. We found broken glass pieces on the floor and one of my friend cut his foot and a few other hiccups during our stay. I wished Daniel and his team were diligent enough to address the issue on their own without having to take Airbnb’s support.

4.5 overall rating. Daniel’s Bumpaas house is beautiful! Host was responsive and on top of things that popped up while we were there. Would recommend this house for large groups and especially people with kids. Our children loved the game room with bunk beds. The hot tub was great for relaxing evenings and early mornings! The fire pit was perfect for stores! The kitchen and dining table were perfect for family dinners. The view is extraordinary. Everyone had space to “just be” we are super grateful that we had such a special time with family. Thanks to Daniel and team for their hospitality. We tried to leave the place better than we found it.

Great views to the lake in the sitting room. Loved sitting at the large dinning table to share games & food. Kitchen is fully functionable with plenty of dishes. Beds were comfy & the host was great at communicating. Overall great place to spend time with friends in the wintertime - wish we could have enjoyed the lake but we're not into ice baths!

We were required to check in late because the previous guests had left the property in very poor condition. While I understand that part was not entirely the host’s fault and appreciate that they attempted to clean beforehand, several issues became apparent after our first night. One of the comforters smelled strongly of mildew, all throw blankets had an unpleasant odor, and the dishwasher was not working. I notified the host, and to their credit, they were responsive, sent someone out quickly, and provided replacement blankets and a comforter. Communication was prompt and polite. However, overall cleanliness and property condition were far below expectations. The microwave and kitchen appliances were dirty, the dishwasher still had a lingering odor even after the visit, and the queen mattress is severely worn and caves in— it clearly needs replacement. The home is very outdated. Additionally, the bunk beds and game room are located in a converted garage, not inside the main house.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It went by too fast. We really liked the open concept of the house - the large windows, natural lighting, the stunning view of the lake, etc. My dog loved relaxing on the deck looking at squirrels. We also had morning walks around the neighborhood which was very peaceful. The bonfire in the backyard was a nice added touch (bring your own lighter and skewers for smores). Communication with the host was easy and responses were prompt. Highly recommend!

a beautiful house a really great space for a big group! the hot tub and game room were great for a winter birthday weekend. we did have some issues with the oven not working but daniel was quick to accommodate and refund us for added grocery expenses which was really great of him! very few airbnb hosts are willing to go the extra mile to make up for things like that so i really appreciated it. seemed like he really cared about making sure we had a great time. my friends even looked at booking it for their own birthdays!

Our stay over Thanksgiving was absolutely perfect! Daniel was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The view alone is priceless. The only tiny issue we had was not being able to find the Wii games, but honestly it was no big deal—the game room was still awesome and a huge hit for both kids and adults! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. There were plenty of towels and all the essentials, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would love to come back in the summertime next! Highly recommend!

The pictures really do not do it justice, a must see in person. The hot tub was the perfect end to our days. The house itself was very nice, too. We had an incredible stay! What a beautiful home and perfect spot on the lake. The host was always quick to respond to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. The home is exquisitely decorated and outfitted with all amenities listed in the description. I greatly appreciated having access to extra household items should we need them during our stay (dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) There were plenty of soft bath towels and beach towels available, and extra warm blankets for cooler temps. We loved fishing right off the dock and my kiddos loved the game room and beach area. Highly recommend this house and host! Can't wait to return!

Just finished up a great week at "All Decked Out". We've stayed at Lake Anna several times and this was by far the most beautiful piece of land on the lake which just made a perfect house all the better. Being out on a peninsula on the widest part of the lake, made for great peaceful views for fishing and swimming off the dock. Couldn't beat a peaceful morning on the deck. House also had everything we needed for family time. We loved playing pool, board games, firepit, and plenty of water toys and comfortable beds at the end of the day meant we woke up recharged and ready for more lake fun. Daniel's recommendation for boat rental company was also great and much appreciated as it saved us a considerable amount versus the first quote we got. Great host, great house. Will return next time we go to Lake Anna.

This was the fourth year we have rented this house. The location on the wide part of the lake is the best. The house had been recently painted and redecorated. There were numerous upgrades to all the furniture and amenities. The one AC unit failed late in the week and the hosts were responsive and sent a tech out the following day. He needed to order a part, but the other units did a great job keeping the house cool and there was no adverse affect on our stay. It is clear that the new management company truly values you as a customer.

We had 4 adults and 8 teenagers (!) at All Decked Out, and everyone had an absolute blast. We had meals on the huge deck, thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities at the boat dock (including the fun slide), and loved the evening fire pit conversations. Our kids even played some pick-up basketball with the nice next-door neighbors, so you know that the lake house was a vacation dream. We were able to spread everyone out and enjoy privacy and quiet time, even amongst all of the fun craziness. The house had plenty of towels, linens, blankets and kitchen/bathroom supplies. There were even extra dog bowls for our pup who made the trip. The dock house was equipped with kayaks, a canoe, floaties, and just about everything else you can think of. Don't hesitate to rent this house as your place to get away from it all!

Overall, we had a relaxing family vacation in this home. Lots to do in a beautiful park like setting. Daniel was very responsive. We had an issue with the grill (propane tanks were empty) but the situation was rectified the same day and all was well. Daniel and his team truly are super hosts and when we come back to Lake Anna (hopefully next year) we will be sure to book a home that he hosts-We had a great vacation!

the house is perfect for a group getaway! we had a large group but we never felt crowded - plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. we loved lounging on the private dock, taking advantage of the canoe and kayaks, enjoying meals on the large deck, and chatting around the fire pit every night. the house and property are absolutely gorgeous, and we felt right at home! All Decked Out was truly All Decked Out. The decor gave the house a funky fell yet still modern looking. Truly was a gorgeous house and the lake view was impeccable. You were able to see it from any corner in the house! Daniel truly was an amazing host as well. Even leading up to the trip he was very friendly and communicative. We had a great time and it was a perfect quick getaway for our family and our childrens' Spring Break! There were lots of amenities to enjoy - the lake, the hot tub, the playroom, the fire pit, the sandbox, the playground, fishing, and kayaking & canoeing. My brother-in-law caught 13 fish (so be sure to bring your fishing poles and take advantage of the back deck)! The home was clean and had everything we needed to be able to enjoy. The way the space was furnished and laid out was perfect to relax. Also, waking up to the view of the calm lake was serene. My husband and I also really loved our walks around the neighborhood as it felt like we were vacationing in the middle of a beautiful state park surrounded by nature, the trees, the lake, and the other lake homes. We also enjoyed the winery and local breweries as well ~ Was not a far drive at all. We definitely recommend it! Thank you for creating a space that allowed us to create memories & as if we were on our own private island!

The double story deck was great to lounge in, kid friendly with the slide into the lake and the playground, and the interior was just beautiful. We really enjoyed our weekend stay. We had three generations and everyone had something to do. We spent a lot of time in the game room and loved the pool table! Outside was peaceful and the fire pit was perfect for smores. It was chilly but we still had a good time relaxing on the boat dock which had a neat upper deck for some beautiful views of the lake. Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property. After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage Protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:  
- A per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
