Blue Lake Haven is a brand new lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a hot tub, a large furnished deck with outdoor seating and dining, and a private boat dock and private beach area. The community has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis.

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home. You will love the lakefront shoreline with warm freshwater, your own private beach area, and nearby community marina. Enjoy the blue water views from our deck. We offer 2 living areas including the main living area, and an upstairs living area with family appropriate games. Relax in the great room with bright windows, a fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wifi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has an office, 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The first floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen and dining areas, primary suite (King bed), 2 additional bedrooms, a laundry area and an easily accessible half bathroom. The second floor has the game room, and 1 additional bedroom and a full bath.

Fantastic winter getaway! House was clean and Daniel was super responsive! The two hour trip to the caverns is definitely worth it and the hot tub was the perfect way to end each day (very clean, too!)

Host refused less than an hour early entry stating the cleaning crew was finishing up. Untrue, nobody was at the house. For the amount paid if the house is ready why not allow entry? Spare me the “it was in the contract” comments. Hotels and other rentals always allow entry when a room or home is ready. After being lied to we found dirty sheets on the pullout sofa, broken blinds, a filthy second refrigerator, splats on the wall. After carrying in a melting bag of ice that dripped on the floor, the paper towels used to clean up the water were black. The inside and outside of the home are in dire need of a coat of paint. I was honestly shocked as the house and host got such great reviews. We were so excited to be getting together for our family Christmas. Unfortunately all this kind of put a damper on the mood for several hours. Also if you’re taking kids who are looking forward to sleeping in the bunk room the beds are so squeaky my grandchildren slept on the sectional upstairs.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Lake Haven! The home is absolutely beautiful, with peaceful lake views and plenty of space for our entire family of 16. We truly felt right at home. The house was spotless, tidy, and thoughtfully set up, with a spacious kitchen that made cooking together easy and enjoyable. The location is secluded, which we loved, yet still very convenient with stores like Food Lion and Dollar General just 5–10 minutes away. The jacuzzi was fantastic, parking was ample, and the bonfire was a huge hit with our kids. The dock in the backyard was one of our favorite features, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, reading a book, and relaxing by the water. Daniel was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was super easy to access, plenty of parking, and getting in was a breeze. The whole house was very clean and neatly organized, my in-laws and I were very quickly able to make our selves at home. The kitchen is very spacious and perfect for lots of cooking for lots of people. The house is very spacious and is set up perfectly for a group that might have kids with them, as the upstairs area is perfect for kids to play and teens to watch movies or play video games. On that note, maybe pick up some xbox series x games before arriving as there was only one game available and it was single player only. There’s a grocery store and liquor store just 8min down the road, and a nice little coffee shop about 5min further.

It was perfect, clean, spotless, I even walked in white socks and they were pretty darn clean when i took them off. Every year we come up every October and I have to look for something new, because I found rodent droppings, or it said totally handicap accessible n there was one ramp in the front but the back was a nightmare. Or, waterfront and we hade a two foot wide dock we could fish off of. I have ZERO complaints about this place! It was gorgeous!!

The location was beautiful. Loved the amenities and the games in the house. Host was very responsive. The house has what you need and looks just like the pictures. The place was clean. The things I did not love would be broken locks on doors. The back door lock was broken and some of the room doors as well, which made us feel a little unsafe and uneasy at night. I contacted the host about it and was told the team would investigate. Nothing was fixed during our stay, I guess they felt the neighborhood was safe enough for it to not be a priority. There were also a good amount of flies and fruit flies inside the home upon arrival, which was not the best. Other than those 2 things, we had a great stay and would book again.

Great place, right on the shore of Lake Anna. Private side of the lake, so quite peacefull. The house was super clean and well stocked. There were great 'toys', like kayaks, paddleboards, a huge foam mat for the water. Inside had small arcade games, pool table etc. Great place for an extended family trip. Food Lion just 7 minutes away made it super convenient.

We can’t say enough good things about our time here! For starters, the home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It looks exactly like the photos. The private dock and beach area were a huge hit! The community pool was also a great bonus. Daniel and the team were extremely accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. It felt like our home away from home and made for a great family vacation. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to come back!

We've rented a lot of homes at Lake Anna, and this one was my family's favorite! It's a stunning property with a very well-thought-out floorplan, thoughtful amenities, and everything you need to just stay put and relax for the length of your stay. The location on the lake, and the private little beach and dock, were wonderful for swimming, relaxing, and watching the boats pass by while the sun sets. The hot tub was so relaxing, even during the week's brutal heat wave. Three full bathrooms, plus a half bath, gave everyone plenty of space to clean up. Our kids LOVED the upstairs space, the massive couch, and having their own "area." The beds and furniture were so comfortable, and everything worked as it should. We can't wait to return.

The house was lovely for a family with four kids 7 and under. The lake, hot tub, and water toys made for a lot of fun. We did have an issue with construction being done on the dock without our knowledge for two of the days, but the owners mostly remedied the issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly designed with families in mind. Communication with the host was excellent, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Our family especially enjoyed the game room, and we had a blast using the kayaks and paddleboard on the lake. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making this a comfortable and fun space for guests. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

I suprised my fiancee with a birthday getaway with all of his friends here at Lake Anna. We had such an amazing time and everything was perfect! The area is so quiet and peaceful and such a beautiful sight. The house was PERFECT! Everything was clean, the blankets were plentiful and smelled clean. We had a group of 9 and everyone fit perfect. Supplies were stocked and Daniel was super responsive to all of my questions. We LOVED the hot tub overlooking the beautiful views of the lake. 10/10 amazing weekend and me & fiancee will surely be back to enjoy solo quality time :)

This serene home was a lovely place to stay away from home. The instructions, although lengthy, were very clear for check-in and check-out, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. The home is in great condition, and everything was as advertised. The backyard leads right up to the water, where you can launch kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. The included EV charger works as advertised - it is a NACS plug, so make sure you have your own adapter if you need it! The internet connection was very fast - ~750Mbps up and down - and the WiFi worked great for our needs. The house was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. The hot tub has a great view of the marina and water, and is an awesome place to spend some time watching the sunset!

This home is very georgeous and tucked away in a private area away from the main road. It has enough space for a lot of people yet very cozy as well. It was very clean and we instantly felt at home. It has a beautiful lake front view and the hosts were very helpful with any questions or needs. We were not able to use all the amenities but will definitely be back. I will definitely recommend this for family gatherings or friend getaways.

The house is very nice, clean and well equipped, the kitchen has almost everything you need during your stay. It is also very family friendly with toys and board games. Very nice place to walk around and private lake access for kayaking makes it a perfect spot for relaxing and refreshing. I think a long weekend was not enough and needed more time in this beautiful area. The hosts are very responsive and supportive and really helpful. We recommend this place to everyone going to lake Anna!

Blue Lake Haven was the perfect spot, and centrally located, for our family to gather to celebrate Christmas early. Our grandchildren loved the game room and had plenty of space to play. It was wonderful to have a great kitchen to prepare our meals. More importantly, we had enough space to have much needed family time! We would definitely book this house again.

We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!

Daniel is a great host! He answered all my questions very quickly and if there was something wrong he immediately sent someone to fix it! For example: Something was wrong with the pool table and Daniel immediately sent someone to fix it, or if a ball was missing, he immediately sent a new set of pool balls. He also immediately sent a new kayak paddle to replace a bent one. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot, our boys had a lot of fun kayaking and fishing. Thanks Daniel!!! Will come to visit you again and will recomend you to all my friends!!!

The house worked out perfect for our situation and had everything we needed. The house was very well equipped, well supplied. The location felt very private and off the beaten path but was still close enough to civilization to get a few items we forgot to bring along. The home owners in the Outer Banks NC could for sure learn a thing or two here. That is based on over 25yrs of renting there.
