You will love the entire property including ~500 hundred feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and a paddle boat. Roast some delicious s'mores using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and have fun playing family appropriate games, ping-pong, pool, shuffleboard, or foosball. Watch a movie in our cozy movie theater. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage Protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- A per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
