Sunrise Point is a stunning brand new lakefront home on Lake Anna's Private Side with breathtaking views. Enjoy a huge waterfront lot with private sandy beach, dock, boathouse, and complimentary kayaks, paddle boat, and water toys. Relax by the fire pit, soak the hot tub, grill BBQ on the furnished deck, or unwind in the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The home also features a game room, movie theater, and modern kitchen—perfect for making lasting memories indoors and out!

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large dock, atop of our deck, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including ~500 hundred feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and a paddle boat. Roast some delicious s'mores using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and have fun playing family appropriate games, ping-pong, pool, shuffleboard, or foosball. Watch a movie in our cozy movie theater. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

We stayed at the Sunrise property for four nights in December 2025 as a group of five families, and it was a fantastic experience for both kids and adults! The property is perfectly equipped with everything a large group needs to have a great time.\n\nWe spent our days playing cards, shooting pool, and enjoying movies in the common areas. A huge highlight for the kids was catching fish right on-site! The property managers were incredibly responsive and handled all our questions promptly, which made our stay stress-free. If you are looking for a place that truly has everything for a family getaway, this is it. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The house matched the pictures perfectly and comfortably accommodated our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. The kids loved the basement with the pool table and home theater, and the upstairs living area and kitchen were fantastic for meal prep. The host was responsive, and any minor issues were negligible. Overall, we enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend it!

Daniel was a great host! I booked this place and it exceeded my expectations. The place was clean and very spacious! It was hard to find space for a large group of people and this place has a lot of space! We made good use of the games in the basement and the theater room. Daniel was very responsive when we had questions. Instructions that he sent was very clear. Everyone that came also loved this place. My only wish was that check out time was a little later, but it’s not enough to knock down my rating of this place and the responsiveness of our host. I would love to book this place again over the summer to make better use of the outdoor space!

Hello Daniel. Our overall experience of this lake house trip was okay. Out of 16 of my family members, I am complaining about some important issues of this house...some of my family members are very generous and do not like to complain...specially not supportive of for my demands! (1) There are lots of spider webs in a kitchen ceiling, family room area and spider in home theatre. Also lots of old balloon pieces were stickled on a higher ceiling of family room. (2) One of the trash can cabinet was not functioning properly. (3) In a kitchen , there is no pizza cutter or oven mitts to handle hot pizza pan. (4) There was not a single remote for ceiling fan for any rooms, we had to use one speed only. (5) We have been told to remove all dirty towels and used bed sheets, pillow case etc. and place in laundry bags.... Take out all trash from each bathrooms, kitchen and all rooms...which takes more than 1-2 hours of our enjoyment and we are on vacation trip. It felt like I was at my house.

The house was amazing! Lake front property with a dock and floating trampoline. The weather was rainy but the house has so much to do that when it rained we hung out inside and played pool and other games. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property. It’s clear the house is new, well-maintained, and located in a stunning spot. The basement was full of activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. We were lucky to have perfect weather — the lake water was warm and inviting, and we especially enjoyed the canoeing. There were enough comfortable beds for everyone, and the view from the house was absolutely breathtaking. Having plenty of towels on hand was also a big plus.The only small downside we noticed was during grilling. There were quite a few spider webs on the roof that we hadn’t noticed at first, and once we started cooking, some spiders began coming down from the ceiling. We ended up moving the grill, but it’s an easy fix for next time.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated everything your home had to offer.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was clean, cozy, and the setting is incredible. The home was spacious and our large group of 22 never felt crowded. We had everything we needed and more. We had 12 children with us and the bunk room, game room, and movie room created so many core memories for them!! Daniel was an amazing host and always responded within minutes. We could not have asked for a better getaway! 10/10 recommend this home!

This house was absolutely incredible! We stayed with a group of 25 people, and it had everything we needed—from plenty of beds and towels to more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.Dan, the host, was fantastic—super communicative and responsive. When we noticed there wasn’t enough firewood, we picked some up ourselves and Dan reimbursed us within 30 minutes. A few small items were missing from the house, and once we let Dan know, someone from his team went out, bought them, and delivered them right to the door. The lake was stunning, and the two-story deck truly elevated the entire experience—it was the perfect place to relax and take in the views.Overall, I’d highly recommend this property. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. It was, honestly, pretty close to perfect!

This is a beautiful property with the perfect amount of privacy mixed with the located to branch out to different parts of Virginia. This property has an incredible view and presence on lake anna. This was a memorable experience not only because of the house on the lake but also the comfortability to come together and enjoy the simple things about going on a trip with a group of people. 5 stars!!!! Just BOOK!! My friends & I had an amazing camp theme stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described very beautiful, clean, spacious, and super cozy. There were more than enough beds for everyone, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the view of the lake ?!! BREATHTAKING!! Our hosts were fantastic !! very responsive and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!

We had a great stay at this spacious Lake Anna home with our extended family. It easily accommodates 30+ guests, and we loved the lakefront location and provided kayaks. The house was well-stocked with kitchen essentials, and the two large fridges, dishwashers, and EV charger were a huge plus. However, there were some issues. The water pressure in most bathrooms was very low. Also, a major safety concern was an unsecured mirror on the dresser in the queen bedroom—my 3-year-old nephew knocked it over, and I got cut while preventing it from hitting him. This needs to be fixed. Some cons: The 10 AM checkout is too early for such a large house. Packing up and completing required chores—taking out trash, stripping beds and gathering linens, loading the dishwasher, etc.—took 1.5 hours. An 11 AM checkout would be much more reasonable and would help guests complete everything properly. Overall, a great home, but the safety issue and early checkout policy should be addressed.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! The home movie theater was amazing and was able to fit all 11 of us comfortably. While we faced a couple utility difficulties, Daniel and Zack were very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. We all said we would happily stay again!
