Serene Sunrise is a stunning brand new lakefront home on Lake Anna's Private Side with breathtaking views. Enjoy a huge waterfront lot with private sandy beach, boat dock, boathouse, pool (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), private hot tub, and complimentary kayaks, and water toys. Relax on the massive furnished deck, grill BBQ on the patio, or unwind in the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The home also features a game room, movie theater, and modern kitchen.

Experience comfort and luxury in our brand-new custom lakefront home, built by A&G Builders. This modern and spacious retreat is perfectly situated on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large boat dock, atop of our deck, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including ~300 hundred feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks. Have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and have fun playing family appropriate games, ping-pong, pool (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), hot tub, shuffleboard, or foosball. Watch a movie in our cozy movie theater. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

We had a wonderful time here! The place was clean, lots of towels which is always helpful with kiddos and there was plenty of things to do outside! The theater room was a hit with our group and the several common areas everyone can relax in and have space was wonderful!

We had a wonderful time. Felt like right at home. So much space for kids to play. Beautiful views and amenities! Even in the winter, we were able to use the fire pit and the play set. There were enough bedrooms and beds for everyone to have their own space. Great communication! Will certainly love to book again. Thank you for a home away from home!

Serene sunrise was an absolutely beautiful home. The location and view could not have been more perfect. Being on a cove made it easy to kayak and fish from the dock. We will miss waking up to the sun dancing on the water every morning. The home was perfectly spacious for our family of 13.

Serene Sunrise was a perfect home for a retreat with a group of 20 co-workers. The home was beautiful and generously supplied with all of our needs and wants. I brought my own blender and Instant Pot for meals, but there was no need because the house had them! The canoes and kayaks added great fun. We had some trouble with the pool and hot tub - the house is very smart! But Daniel was so quick to respond and send help. Everyone said our time together truly felt like a retreat, and they want to come back again next year. Thank you for such an amazing house, Daniel and team!

This place is beautiful! It was just what we were hoping for based on the pics. Also, the host was very responsive and answered questions almost immediately. The only critiques we had was that the beds were a little hard and didn’t really fit the overall aesthetic, and the walls were thin so the house echos and you can hear everything, but overall we loved the home and would definitely stay again.

Poorly managed, unsafe, and disappointing stay This was an unpleasant and unfortunate experience due to incompetent management. Our stay was impacted by managers not having answers to basic questions, giving us wrong information, and steering us in the wrong direction about simple amenities. The home itself was not properly prepared — cobwebs everywhere and a fruit fly infestation all weekend. One of the main bedrooms had a locked bathroom with severe water damage that predated our stay, leaving guests without a shower. Worst of all, every smoke and carbon monoxide alarm in the house was covered — a serious safety hazard. The host eventually stopped responding, forcing us to go through Airbnb for a refund. The house was cute, but safety, sanitation, and accountability made this one of our worst Airbnb experiences.

This property was by far one of the best houses we have rented. Not only did it accommodate our needs but the owner has provided a lot of extras. If we had questions or concerns we were answered in a timely manner. The pool and the boat house were awesome. The only suggestion would be a railing going into the pool and perhaps a gazebo for some shade. Some of the days were extremely hot and unforgiving. Since there are no trees, a covering would be suggested. However there was lots to do and we had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the lake as well as the pool. Thank you for an awesome vacay on the books and wonderful memories were created.

First and foremost, the home is absolutely beautiful. The lake views were breathtaking, and the serene setting created the perfect backdrop for quality time with our family. We shared many unforgettable moments here, and it’s definitely a place we would consider returning to.That said, there were a few maintenance and upkeep issues that arose during our stay—from minor repair needs like broken furniture and game room equipment, to a plumbing issue that proved inconvenient. While these problems did add some frustration, we appreciated that the property manager was responsive in many cases and sent staff out when requested.In the end, the beauty of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and the quality time we shared far outweighed the hiccups. With some attention to the concerns noted, this property has the potential to deliver a truly flawless experience. We look forward to seeing improvements on a future visit.

A huge group of friends and family spent 4th of July weekend here and we had a blast. Everyone had their own space. The home was beautiful and clean. It has everything you could possibly need - whether for cooking, entertainment, relaxing, or washing up. This area of the lake is quiet with not much water traffic. Views from the balconies or through the big windows never got old. Even with a rainy afternoon, the whole group had plenty to do inside. Communication with the host was consistent, clear, and easy. Check in and check out were simple and quick. The hosts offered some great options for activities and made it easy to get in touch and book those things in advance. No complaints whatsoever about the property or the host - 5 stars is deserved. One thing to note about the lake is that although we went after a heat wave and in the middle of the summer, the lake water was much, much hotter than you’d expect (even in deeper areas), to the point that the pool was cooler and more refreshing. If you have not visited lake Anna before it may be very different from the lakes you are used to. But if you are visiting during a cooler season, it may be a big plus. All in all a tremendous property to stay at.

STAY HERE NOW!! Absolutely amazing! This spacious dream house was everything we hoped for and more. We hosted a lovely family dinner and still had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. All amenities that you will need! The host’s communication was excellent—responsive, helpful, and kind. Honestly, we never wanted to leave. Stay here now before it’s booked—this place is a gem!
