This home is unforgettably beautiful. It's beauty and charm leaving a lasting impression on our family's Christmas vacation. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The property's spaciousness, cleanliness, and thoughtful design made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our host's attention to detail was evident in the extensive array of amenities provided, ensuring that we felt pampered and indulged. The home was generously stocked, allowing everyone to relax and spread out without feeling confined. The presence of two kitchens was a significant bonus, facilitating meal preparation with ease. The property's location in a quiet neighborhood, coupled with the convenience of a nearby grocery store, added to its appeal. We had a great time at Lake Anna and really enjoyed our stay overall. The house is in a nice location and we especially appreciated having kayaks available, which we used a lot. Daniel was super responsive and tried to resolve issues as quickly as he could. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. The management company is not flexible with early check-in or late check-out, which made planning a bit harder. There was no coffee provided, so there was no real coffee experience in the morning. The furniture is light-colored and many pieces had noticeable stains, which made the house feel less clean than expected. The gas grill igniter was not working, so we had to go out and buy a lighter to use it. Also, the shower on the main level was not working, so we couldn’t use that bathroom during our stay. With a few updates and better attention to maintenance and amenities, this could be an excellent rental, especially given the responsive host and the great lake access.

My family and I completely enjoyed Daniel‘s place. It was a beautiful place. I had an amazing view at the lake. A quiet neighborhood so quiet I wondered if anyone lived next-door lol. A beautiful experience for me and my family. We would love to go back and stay in that house again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cucumber Cove. This lakefront home on Lake Anna exceeded all our expectations. The house itself is stunning, with six bedrooms, each with its own bath, plenty of beds, and a great layout that was perfect for our group. The great room with floor-to-ceiling windows gave beautiful lake views, and having a private dock, beach access, and lots of outdoor space made our stay feel like a true vacation retreat. Inside, everything was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living spaces were cozy, especially with the fireplace, and the extras like games, water toys, a wood deck, and a grill made it easy to settle in and enjoy. Check-in was smooth and the communication with our host was prompt and helpful, which made arrival and planning effortless. This wasn’t our first booking with your properties and even when we ran into a heating issue at the other place, Zack and Daniel were incredible with their communication and how quickly they stepped in to help. They went above and beyond to make things right, and we truly appreciated the effort they put into finding a solution for us. They offered us this property, and it ended up being the perfect spot for our little getaway. Even though it didn’t have a hot tub like our original reservation, the place itself was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Five Starts - hands down! It was eight of us. Four couples in the 65+ range. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. We had a wonderful, wonderful time. I quote here from a message my wife sent to our group after the vacation: " The place was ideal for the get together as the beauty of nature and comfort went hand in hand. On top of that, the company of sincere friends made the experience memorable and a special one. The sight of sun pouring gold on the lake and the small ripples carrying it to the shore while making it shimmer and dance along the way will for ever be etched in my mind ..." If you like peace and quiet and natural beauty, this is the place. The sunrises and the sunsets were breathtaking. The house is very well kept and clean. Essentials were in the kitchen and bathrooms. Although understandable and every host can accommodate different things, check in time was not very flexible even when offering to pay an extra fee for a few hours we were offered a whole additional night which says no one was in the home the day prior to us. The pickleball courts in the neighborhood are not realistically walkable and getting a large group there would require multiple cars. It would have been nice to know in the listing that the water around the dock was not very deep which would be more ideal for kids than the group of adults we had. All minimal things that didn’t affect our stay just would have maybe affected our choice.

Fabulous time at Cucumber Cove. House is well stocked with plenty of room for entertaining. We had 10 people (including 5 teens). The lower level is a great space for the kids. We enjoyed making memories on the dock and fire pit.

Our party of 13 had the most wonderful week at Cucumber Cove! The house itself was clean and spacious, and both the owner and management company went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We had 6 children in our party and between the pontoon boat we rented, fishing, swimming in the lake, kayaking, and playing at the "beach" area, there was always something to keep them occupied. The area is quite secluded without many close, restaurant options, so be ready to stock up on groceries and cook/grill or drive a good distance. We'll be back!

This home is beautiful and in a great location. There is plenty of space for a large group and the home comes with all the equipment necessary to enjoy the lake and the community amenities. We were able to kayak, paddle boat, play tennis, and swim! I will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place with 14 family members over Easter weekend. The home was exceeded our expectations . Clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The panoramic view from the living room and deck was absolutely breathtaking. Check-in was smooth, and Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and made some unforgettable family memories. Highly recommend, and we definitely love to stay at this place again!

Feel comfortable. Even though we had 13 family members in the house it never felt crowded. The view is spectacular and peaceful. Was a great place to break bread and hang out with family. No issues with check in or the home mirroring the pictures on Airbnb. Would book again!
