You’ll have private access to the entire home (excluding owner closets), deck, patio, dock, fire pit, and driveway parking (garage not available). There’s ample parking for 7+ vehicles. We respect your privacy but are available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

A pontoon boat is available to rent at an additional cost and will be conveniently waiting at the property’s boat house—no pickup, no drop-off, and no hauling required. Simply coordinate with our trusted local partner, DV Rentals LKA, to enjoy effortless lake days with more time on the water and less time in the car.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
