Great place to get the family together and relax with things to do and plenty of space for our group of 12 (ages 17-75). We cooked delicious food in the kitchen & everything worked as it should. The fire pit was great for s’mores and hanging out. The place is basically brand new and was spotlessly clean. Only rated as 4 stars because the pillows were too large & all 12 of us had sore necks. Beds were comfortable, it was just the pillows. The other reason for 4 stars was the surprisingly harsh & oppressive afternoon sunlight that shone through the large beautiful back windows caused us to all avoid the main kitchen/living room for at least a couple hours until the sun lowered- the windows are tinted, but it needs some sort of adjustable window covering. Overall, would recommend and would stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carrs Landing. The views from the main floor were amazing. The house itself was just beautiful: it was very clean and bright, the bedroom suites were very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook with, and the fireplace was nice and cozy for the cool evenings. The outside was just as lovely: the large deck was nice to watch the sunset from, the dock had plenty of room for sitting and fishing from there was amazing (sunfish, catfish, and bass), and the fire pit (the best one I have ever seen and I am a camper!) was spacious and made for a fun evening under the stars. Daniel and the team were very responsive with any questions we had throughout the entire process from making the reservation to checking out. Carrs Landing was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving get away!

We had ourselves and the families of our three kids in the House for a week. Everything we needed was there and the location and dock setup were excellent, kids had plenty to do and the house was laid out so well. If we ever come back to this area we'll definitely look into renting this property once again.....we had a great time !!!

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
