Escape to a luxurious and peaceful lakeside retreat designed with upper-income families in mind. This spacious, beautifully appointed home sits on the quiet southern end of Lake Anna in a no-wake cove with deep, clean water—perfect for swimming, boating, and relaxing in total serenity.

 

Peaceful Haven spans two spacious levels designed for comfort and style. On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept great room with soaring vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning lake views. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a center island perfect for easy meal prep and entertaining.

 

The main floor also features a lakeside primary suite with deck access, a walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom provide ample comfort for family and friends. Downstairs, the walkout basement includes a spacious game room and two more bedrooms with two full bathrooms, offering extra space to spread out and unwind.

 

Outdoors, enjoy a large lakefront deck, private sandy beach, and a composite dock with deep water access. Gather around the lakeside firepit for evening s’mores, or play a game of cornhole, volleyball or horseshoes on the flat, grassy 1-acre lot.

We stayed here with our family along with two other families, including children, and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway. The lakefront setting was beautiful and relaxing, and the home had plenty of space for our group of 12 (including 6 kids) to be comfortable.\n\nThe game room was a huge hit and offered something for everyone, especially great for enjoying time indoors during the cold winter months. We also loved spending one evenings at the outdoor firepit by the lake, which was truly amazing and made the stay extra special.\n\nEverything about the place exceeded our expectations, and everyone had a great time. The host was extremely helpful and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for both check-in and check-out.\n\nThis was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had, and we would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Great deal for the price, comfortable home for our entire extended family. Lots of activities for kids including outdoor sports equipment. Gorgeous lake setting, well stocked firewood, lots of kitchen equipment and two fridges. We loved the hammocks and sitting out on the dock looking at the stars. We enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place! We were visiting with my sisters and their families, so lots of young kids! The indoor space was exactly as pictured and super cozy. The outdoor space was perfect and allowed for a lot of great memories kayaking, laying in the hammock, and sitting by the fire pit! Daniel was very clear and communicative. Would definitely visit again!

Place had a beautiful view! Plenty of dishes to use and the bed was very comfortable. Only wish was having the Keurig machine work (but we brought our own coffee maker) and have a garbage disposal to help with cleaning our dirty dishes faster. But overall location and vibes great! Many games we enjoyed that the Airbnb had like the Lake Anna-poly (monopoly) game. Basement was well equipped with so many different entertainment which we enjoyed too.

What an amazingly beautiful home! The kitchen, dining area, and living room are wide open with a stunning view of the lake and ideal for entertaining large groups. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and space to spread out. The game room in the basement also has an outstanding view and lots of fun activities, including, pool, foosball, ping pong table, and a big screen tv. The wall-to-wall sliders on both levels take you straight out to the gorgeous outdoor entertaining areas. We spent a lot of time at the firepit by the dock with some of the group fishing, some cooking out on the grill, and some relaxing by the firepit. The ease of rental and the communication is superb. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd stay as Peaceful Haven and it was just as lovely as the first time we came. Home is always clean and well maintained. Has a variety of activities for the teens to do when they are not out on the water. Location on the lake is also quite perfect. Daniel was able to easily extend our stay last minute which we really appreciate! Look forward to coming again!

Wow! The name surely does this place justice. From the moment we walked in Peaceful Haven felt warm and welcoming. The views were spectacular despite the dreary weather we had much of the week. It was a wonderful week of family gathered around a puzzle and watching the little ones splash in the water. We can’t wait to come back!

The positives out weighted the negatives so i had to give a 5 star review. Having linens and esp beach towels was great. Plenty of dishes and glassware for us. Having a wood burning fire pit at the beach and the electric one up near the house was a bonus. I would have liked to see a bigger table in the dining room , some kind of shade at the dock. Several umbrellas at the dock were in disrepair. My biggest regret was no flexibility on check in or check out , and yes of course i knew this when i booked. I would consider booking this again

We had a wonderful time at Peaceful Haven. The location was perfect with easy access to main part of Lake and marina. The home is very nice, clean and spacious. Well layed out for a large group. Although there is only 1 ensuite, other bedrooms/bathrooms are conveniently located next to each other. Property offered many activities to keep the kids entertained when we weren't on the lake like....volleyball, cornhole, pool table, ping pong, football and Wii. This is a beautiful property we completely enjoyed our stay. we would not hesitate to book again. Daniel was very responsive to all of our messages and handled anything that arose. Much appreciated!🙌🏻

An amazing lakeside retreat! We stayed for 6 days and everything was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Our stay at Peaceful Haven was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing! The back yard was private and serene. We played volleyball, went fishing off the dock, kayaking, played pool, cooked out, played corn hole, and horseshoes. There was so much to do and it was perfect for entertaining friends and family. Daniel was extremely responsive to any questions and provided thorough details for our check-out instructions. We made some great memories this weekend and will definitely be back. A couple of people from our group are already planning on renting Peaceful Haven too, they loved it so much. I highly recommend Peaceful Haven. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
