Private Paradise is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love the huge private 2 story dock with grill, outdoor dining options, and chaise lounges. Enjoy our large peaceful waterfront lot with a private sandy beach. Have fun in the lake using the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views while relaxing beside our outdoor fire pit, on the furnished deck, or through the large windows.

 

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large 2nd story of our dock, atop of our deck with a screened in room, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including nearly 300 feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ at the huge 2 story dock and boat house using our grill, 12-person bar table, and high top tables. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and play shuffleboard, watch a movie from our cozy large sectional couch, or have fun playing family appropriate games. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet and a dedicated workspace, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

Our family booked this beautiful home to spend Thanksgiving together, coming from Florida and Virginia. This home was warm, spacious and gave us all a comfortable and wonderful place to spend time together. The view is absolutely amazing, and the outdoor space was great, even on the colder days, allowing folks to be outdoors. We enjoyed the 2-story dock, the hot tub, and the living room area, which was accommodating. The basement level had ping pong, shuffleboard, and games to keep the kids entertained. The home worked well for our family member who uses a wheelchair and needs one-level accommodations. Everything he needed was on the main level, so he could enjoy the time with everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked, open, and made preparing a large meal so easy for all of us. The bedrooms were cozy, clean, and well-located. The beds were so comfortable. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating, and we had a great experience working with them overall. We hope to stay here again soon!

Our group of five couples had a great time at this beautiful vacation rental. Each couple had a bedroom with a private bath which is important to our group. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The kitchen is large and well stocked with all the tools you need to cook for a large group. There are plenty of dishes and utensils. Next time we will bring wine glasses as the ones in the house are plastic. There are plenty of gathering spaces and we loved the outside area. We really appreciate the firewood as we enjoyed the fire pit every night. The wireless internet worked well even with all of us on phones and tablets. I highly recommend this property and we would certainly rent it again.

This was by far the worst Airbnb experience my family has ever had. The host, Zachary, treated us with hostility and made us feel unsafe from the start. His agreement clearly allowed 18 guests and we had exactly that, plus 2 family members who joined for a daytime barbecue but were not overnight guests. He used that as an excuse to cancel our paid reservation, threaten to call the police, and force us out with babies and elderly family members. At one point he mocked us, boasting about his “$2.5 million dollar home and $70 grand septic system,” saying he didn’t want “our people” ruining it. For Muslims, brown families, or anyone who values dignity, this is not a safe place. Privacy was invaded, discriminatory remarks were made, and we were left stranded. He also requires sending IDs and credit cards through another platform with shady terms, which is a red flag. His big profile statement about “welcoming people” is a lie. Do not be fooled by reviews. He pressures guests for 5 stars.

The house was great and the Boat house was wonderful. The house was not cleaned good, popcorn on the floor in family room, floors were sticky, closet in basement bedroom had items in it and we cleaned the ceiling fan was dirty. We had to sweep the screen in patio, we had to go to Dollar store and buy something to clean the grill so we could cook. Lots of spider webs at boat house so we swept them down and really needs cleaned. The raft to lay on under the down was torn so was not usable. But we enjoyed the location and the house was great. We did call and the cleaners came and the owner on the day of arrival so everything was resolved.

We absolutely loved our stay! My wife and I booked two homes across the lake from each other to host a week of celebrations with family and friends after our wedding — and this house was everything we imagined and more. It comfortably fit 13 guests, and everyone appreciated having their own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The house was packed with indoor and outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained all week long. But the boathouse truly MADE the stay — it was incredible! So many inflatables, shaded areas, tables, and chairs — it let us literally hang out on the lake. Such a gorgeous and fun space to relax and enjoy the water. The hosts were super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We had the best time and would absolutely book again!

We had an awesome 5-day stay at this rental! The boat dock was definitely our favorite spot! It’s so nice to hang out by the water. Even with some rainy and cloudy days, we still had a blast paddle boarding and playing in the sand area. The house had plenty of space for all 8 adults and 3 kids (ages 5 to 80!), which was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed — lots of towels, kitchen stuff, extra blankets, and games to keep everyone entertained. It is exactly as pictured with tons of space and activities for large groups. the huge yard and dock house were great for our group to stretch out. The location is also very close to the Cutalong golf course as well as grocery stores and a few restaurants. Would certainly stay again if we are back at Lake Anna!

A gorgeous and spacious home right on Lake Anna. We have stayed in many Air B&Bs and this one would be at the top of our list. The house was perfect for our five couples with room for one or two more. The five bedrooms we used each had a private bath, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The kitchen was outstanding with everything we needed. The best appointed kitchen in all of the houses we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of seating in the living room and dining room plus several extra spaces where someone could move to for working or finding some quiet. The internet worked well even with all of us online. The views from the house were beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on both levels of the boathouse and enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets. Daniel and Zack were great hosts and very responsive, both before and during our stay. We visited wineries and breweries in the area but were always glad to get back in the late afternoon and enjoy the house. This is a great place and we would definitely rent it again.

Wow what a great week we had at Lake Anna! The house and entire property were beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for our family vacation! We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Lakeside home at Lake Anna. The seven-bedroom house was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect getaway for our group. The amenities were top-notch, we particularly loved the hot tub, standup raft, and kayaks, which provided endless fun on the lake. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes we needed to prepare meals for our group. With multiple refrigerators and grills, we had plenty of space to store food and enjoy family barbecues. The second floor deck on the boathouse was another highlight, offering plenty of space for both dining and lounging, complete with a grill and ample seating. Evenings were spent around the fire pit, enjoying the peaceful surroundings under the glow of charming bistro lights. This home truly had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

House was as described and pictures were very accurate. He was very quick to respond to questions about layout of the house. Five bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great for multiple families. Downstairs was great for the kids. Both basement bedrooms shared a bathroom which is fine for kids but just an FYI. Kitchen was extremely well stocked for all our needs including serving trays. Multiple refrigerators make it very nice. We were able to keep food in the kitchen, drinks in the mudroom fridge right around the corner and the basement had a fridge for kids drinks and snacks. There was a fridge in the boathouse too. The boathouse was great for grilling and eating. The kayaks were nice and the beach area was excellent. Dollar General and Food Lion were very conveniently located and well stocked.

Upon arrival, the property met every expectation and more. The boathouse offers relaxation, ability to watch your family kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, a fireplace table for cooler evenings and comfortable seating for cocktails. We all slept soundly in clean comfortable beds many of which had gorgeous views of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need as we grilled/cooked everyday. We did need a cheese grater so purchased at the “convenient” located Food Lion and left at home for future guests. The screened porch was amazing to have breakfast coffee and dinners. 6 kids stayed downstairs so the layout was such that although there were 14 of us, it was not noisy or crowded ever. We enjoyed S’mores at the fire pit and Zach facilitated our pontoon which was brought to the property-so easy!!! He suggested an area to swim which was perfect. I would suggest staying 7 days-our stay was too short at 4 days. This is by far my favorite house/hosts in the US.

The BEST home I’ve stayed at in Lake Anna and I’ve been to many over the past couple years. The house is absolutely beautiful very modern and the location is spot on, not to mention its gorgeous boathouse and deck. The house layout is perfect for multiple guest with plenty of rooms/bathrooms and the living room area was very cozy. We also felt safe in the neighborhood were the house is located. The hosts were very friendly, respectful, and responsive, and helped us with questions and information about the house. Winter or summer it does not matter with family or friends this home is a winner and defiantly a 5 star Airbnb!

We were looking for a home to host our extended family of 14 for Thanksgiving. This house fit the bill perfectly. There was a bedroom or bunkroom with enough beds for everyone. Everyone also had a private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal. But that was just the inside, the outside was amazing between the boathouse with deck, kayaks, fire pit and hot tub. All the kids were entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

The Private paradise, was truly a paradise. This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures really do it no justice. This is our 2nd property in Mineral but this place was GORGEOUS & Peaceful. Daniel & Zach were very responsive hosts. I had a very large group because it was my bday & this house accommodated everyone comfortably. The rooms were very spacious, & the beds were extremely comfortable. My bff is a chef & complimented the kitchen space & cookware as well. The boat dock area was the location for our wine & conversation as we watched the sunset. Absolutely AMAZING. Zach who is INCREDIBLY AWESOME & attentive was able to set us up with Capt Chris so we could all go out on the boat because the weather was GORGEOUS. Now as 5 of us were leaving we realized ubers were very limited. Not only did Zach help us find a car service but he was able to get us a discount and even offered to drive us to the airport as a last resort. We were incredibly grateful and highly highly recommend this property.

Daniel and Zachary's place was perfect for our group. We had enough beds and bedrooms for everyone and there were a lot of good-sized common areas for us to hang out in. The second story of the dock was a great place to hang out outside and even though the weather was rainy all weekend, we still were able to spend some time on the covered dock and in the hot tub. Everyone in our group enjoyed the house and said that they would want to come back, so hopefully next time the weather will be better and we can use the fire pit and get in the water! We had a little issue initially getting in the house, but Zachary was very responsive and helped us, and both Daniel and Zachary were very helpful prior to and during our stay. It was a pretty stress-free experience overall!

We had the most magical stay here at this home on Lake Anna. The home was so beyond perfect. Met our expectations plus! Also, the host Daniel and Zachary the manager were so kind and always quick to respond and help with any questions. He outdoor space and amenities were dreamy! Our children splashed and played on the lake from morning til night. The beach area is a major plus for small children. Every little convenience needed for a 4 night stay, the house was equipped with. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms pristine. Even toys and games for the kids! Nothing was left out! This is a top notch property. Peaceful, spacious, beautiful yet accessible. Great, spacious living areas to talk, sing and dance with your group. INCREDIBLE dock, extremely inviting with extra space for covered and open deck, inviting one to sun and dip in the lake. Also second floor of the dock fantastic for hanging out with a grill and roofed as well as open areas. Property has boats and jet skis that they rent to tenants so be sure to talk to the host..nothing like being able to take boat or jet ski out whenever you want for as long as you want. Not so obvious but this is the private side of the Lake so very quiet and tranquil. Water is surprisingly (and wonderfully) warm great for swimming or jet skiing/water sports often and long. Host was wonderful, helpful and supportive. Hard to find a stay in AirBNB these days that so trouble free and no negative surprises as i did with his property. If you like lake life or have never tried it, please don't miss this opportunity.
