This home had it all. The game room was enjoyed by all the adults and children. There was enough space for four families! They loved watching movies in the home theater. If you got tired from being in the lake, you can just lay out by the pool! We wanted to go back again but the days we wanted were already taken! We went out one night at the Cove and also to the wineries. Mineral did not disappoint. The kids loved being there and they didn’t want our vacation to end. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was our first visit to Lake Anna. We had my 85 and 87 year old in-laws, two dogs and our family of 5 (3 “kids” 23, 20 and 15 yo). This house was perfect - beautiful views, easy access to the lake, a great place to swim, kayak and paddle board. Lots of options for food, craft breweries and entertainment. We loved the downstairs - ping pong was a hit as was the arcade game! Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc so we never were lacking. Daniel was incredibly responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying there again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Owl's nest was clean, peaceful, and abundantly exceptional. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to return sometime for a future vacation!

S’mores Lake Anna was incredible! The house is very new and nice and open and spacious in the best way possible. The boat dock is so well stocked and the furniture on the top deck is so comfortable. There are tons of water toys and life jackets and extra supplies and we had everything we could possibly need and so much more. Daniel was a great host and we will definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.

Amazing new home on Lake Anna

This house matched the description and the promotional photos. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 8 people. The kitchen was adequately stocked and all of the equipment worked. The living room next to the kitchen offered grand views of the lake with very comfortable furniture for lounging. The bedroom were large and the beds were very comfortable. During our 7 day stay we spent several days without going anywhere since the lake was warm and there were paddleboards, a kayak, and several kick boards to use. The primary grocery store was just 15 minutes away and there were dollar general and other smaller marts even closer. There is a small public beach about 10 minutes away, and the main public beach at the Lake Anna State Park is a 30 minute drive.
All in all we will definitely consider staying again.

This was an incredible house for our family reunion with 18 people- 13 adults and 5 kids! With the bedrooms in 2 wings on either side of the house and the living/play areas in the center, it made it super for napping kids to still have quiet while the rest of the family played. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any needs we may have had throughout the visit. The beachfront at the lake was wonderful and all of the toys, kayaks, paddleboards made our stay so fun! We brought our own boat and then rented another one for one of the days and kept it at the house's dock. The kid's playroom was fantastic for the toddlers. This was the perfect spot for our family reunion...and, as always, Lake Anna did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s home in Lake Anna. The house was exactly as described and fit the needs of our multigenerational family including toddlers and an infant. The house was very kid friendly and even had a high chair and toys. The kitchen was very well stocked for all of our needs. The community’s private beach was just a short walk from the house which was very convenient. The dock was beautiful and had kayaks and a lovely screened in porch. Communication with the host was timely and very thorough. Overall we had an amazing time and highly highly recommend this home in the Waters community!

The house was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the dock and kayaks for fishing with our kids. Our five-year-old absolutely loved the Atari arcade games and the movie theater—it was such a fun bonus! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this house in the last few months. We love it!

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The home was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described—clean, welcoming, and perfectly suited for a relaxing lakeside getaway. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials and basic spices to extra towels. We especially appreciated the additional amenities such as multiple kayaks, pool noodles, and convenient access to the community boat launch, pool, and playground.
Daniel was extremely responsive and provided very clear and helpful instructions, which made check-in and navigating the property seamless. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience.

Lovely home in a beautiful peaceful setting. My entire family had a great time especially the grandkids. A perfect size home for all ten of us with enough privacy for all. I love how the basement can feel like your own private space away from the main floor having play and tv area in between 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and a large enough island to prepare food. I highly recommend this house and my family and I will definitely come back in the future.

Check in was easy. The location on the private side of the lake ensured warm waters. The house is lovely and hosted our three generational family gathering easily. With three levels, all four family units had their own space. Plus the bunk room in the basement can sleep six. From Smores to smoothies, ribs to burgers, the kitchen and outside grills provided everything we needed. Lots of water toys, including kayaks, canoe with life jackets and a private dock to access the lake. Good family memories were made!

We had a great stay with our four teenage kids and would 100 percent come back. house is really well set up for family time and enjoying the lake. great set up for swimming and kayaking. very comfortable. the only advice I would have for a renter is not to forget your own DVDs or to bring an HDMI adapter and download movies you want to watch on a device before you get there -- the movie watching setup is top notch, but internet isn't really up to streaming.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! It had everything we could have possibly wanted and more—so many amenities and activities that kept everyone happy and entertained. The kids were never bored with all the space to run around and explore, and we all loved spending time between the beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, and the peaceful lake. Every detail of the home made it feel welcoming and comfortable, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories together. The host was quick to respond and had excellent communication!

We booked Lakefront Serenity for a family trip with friends. As always when renting with Lakefront Luxury, check in was a breeze and the house was in immaculate shape. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and be comfortable. The kids had a great time playing on the huge lawn and jumping off the dock into the lake!

This property had that jaw dropping WOW factor the moment we opened the front door and was met with an awe inspiring interior & immediate views of the beautiful shimmering lake through the windows. Everyone said the same thing “woowwww”!!!!! The home was absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed and more. A plentiful supply was provided of coffee which was thoroughly appreciated amongst the group! Daniel was an incredible host, extremely responsive and superior communication. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay !! Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Cannot recommend enough !!

Great house and water access. Everything was as listed- we will be back for a future visit.
