Amazing house with plenty of space for our large group. We loved being on the lake. The boat house had kayaks, paddle boards, floats and plenty of other gear to use during our stay. All amenities were great. Only negative was the oven wasn’t working on the first day, however, our host was super responsive and gave helpful information. Overall we had a great time!

Daniel's was very responsive and the accommodation was exceptionally clean, offering a wide array of activities.

We rented the house for my mother’s 90th birthday celebration. The house was on Lake Anna, had a beach area, large hot tub , great kitchen and the needed number of bedrooms.

Had a great time with my partner, our children and their friends. Would definitely return.

Coastal Cove was absolutely stunning! My family & I had a wonderful, fun & peaceful time staying at Daniel’s home. The activities in the basement helped a ton when the weather wasn’t great for outdoor activities. The pool & tennis courts are a very short walk for sunny days! We had a wonderful stay & would definitely rent Coastal Cove again if we were to come back to Lake Anna. Daniel was very friendly & responsive as well!

This property was beautiful and had lots of amenities that made it work well for our extended family, including several young children. There was plenty of things for everyone to do, lots of space in the kitchen and dining room and pantry. The kitchen, lake area, and toys/games were well stocked. There were plenty of options for high chairs, gates, pack and plays. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Daniel's home. In addition to the home being very clean, he had anticipated all our needs, so the home was stocked with everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the home was beautiful and we enjoyed the calm, peaceful vibes of the neighborhood. Daniel was also super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Great for a large group of family and/or friends! We've been twice now and always enjoyed the many amenities, especially the pool, lake view and movie theater.

Really beautiful brand new house on Lake Anna. The house is well-furnished, and we especially appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots, pans, knives that we needed to feel at home. The owner also provided kayaks and a standup paddle board, which kept the kids very entertained.

The property has many options and activities for the teens in the basement, and the adults were able to be on the main floor. the Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We would definitely recommended for a family get together and will love to go back.

Wonderful experience!

Excellent home - probably our favorite vacation rental over many years! More than big enough for our family of five with plenty of room downstairs for for friends and family. Daniel was an exceptional host - responded quickly, friendly, and recommended a multi-day boat rental, delivered and picked up from the dock. We boated in the morning and swam in the lake in the afternoons. Perfect relaxing vacation!

Huge house with ample space that was able to accommodate 16 of my adult cousins comfortably. Tons to do in the house to keep eveyeone occupied.

This property was by far one of the best houses we have rented. Not only did it accommodate our needs but the owner has provided a lot of extras. If we had questions or concerns we were answered in a timely manner. The pool and the boat house were awesome. The only suggestion would be a railing going into the pool and perhaps a gazebo for some shade. Some of the days were extremely hot and unforgiving. Since there are no trees, a covering would be suggested. However there was lots to do and we had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed the lake as well as the pool. Thank you for an awesome vacay on the books and wonderful memories were created.

This place is stunning! Pristinely clean and beautiful inside and out. The location was amazing. We will DEFINITELY be back

Had an awesome boys weekend at this place on the private side of Lake Anna. The house was perfect—huge bedrooms with tons of sleeping options, overall great layout, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen that made cooking super easy. Tons of space to hang out, a sweet game room, and amazing common areas to just kick back.
Outside was just as great—plenty of yard games, an awesome dock, and a really cool fire pit we used every night. Daniel was a fantastic host—super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, laid-back getaway spot!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious home with loads of fun indoor and outdoor activities as well as very plentiful and thoughtful amenities. Our family had a fantastic time and enjoyed the beautiful setting.
The host, Daniel, was very responsive, helpful and gracious both before and during our visit. We will definitely be back!
