**MAIN LEVEL — OPEN PLAN, LAKE VIEWS, AND THE PRIMARY SUITE**
The great room is the center of the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the cove and lake beyond, and the open layout flows from the chef's kitchen through the dining area and living room onto the west-facing deck. The kitchen is built for real cooking — gas range, professional hood, large island with bar seating, full suite of appliances, and enough counter space for multiple cooks at once. The dining table seats the full group.
The main level also holds the Primary Suite: a King bed, ensuite bath with a separate soaking tub and shower, and private deck access. A second bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed with its own ensuite bath.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage Protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- A per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
