Our stay at Lake Anna was wonderful. The property was immaculate, home very comforting and lots to do at the home / on the lake. We enjoyed the kitchen for cooking and grilling, game room for the kids to have fun, and time on the water kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Our family enjoyed every minute and was sad to leave. Daniel was a great host, highly responsive and accommodating. He even ensured a birthday cake we had shipped was safely placed inside the home for our arrival. We will definitely be keeping this home on our list for future family trips.

This house was just the perfect location for our family reunion. The interiors are absolutely stunning, and the amenities beyond comparison - the arcade, games and pool were such a hit with the kids! The house itself is on a beautiful piece of the lake, and it was wonderful to go kayaking and paddleboarding.
Daniel and his team were incredibly responsive and thorough the entire time we were there. I would recommend this house over and over again!

We had a spectacular stay at Carrs Landing celebrating a family milestone with our extended family. The lake views were breathtaking — breakfast and sunset dinners on the deck alone were worth the trip. The home was immaculate and impeccably maintained throughout. Daniel was an incredibly responsive host who made us feel warmly welcomed. The house was well equipped for our group — plenty of dinnerware and serving pieces, Bluetooth speakers, and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces perfect for multi-generational gatherings. We can’t wait to return.

This is a stunning private end of cul-de-sac lake-front unit. We loved it. The boat house is perfect and we loved spending our holiday weekend here. We saw two different kinds of eagles in the trees by the large, lovely fire pit.

This was our second visit to this property. Daniel and his team are remarkable, and their responsiveness is unmatched. We had an issue with the AC our first night, and they had to replace a capacitor. They did it on a Friday night, as soon as we told them there was an issue with the cooling. We had some trouble finding beach towels at the house, so they had someone go buy and drop off brand new beach towels. The first time I stayed here, it was flawless. Stuff happens, and this time the AC incident made me realize Daniel and his team are exactly the kind of people you want to deal with in this space. The only one of them I’ve ever met is the HVAC guy, who was great, but I can tell you without ever having met them that they are good people.
The fact we came back for a 2nd visit should say enough about the property. One huge plus traveling with young kids - the house is stocked with stuff for kids. 100% recommended! I’m sure we’ll be back. Thanks Daniel & team.

We all love this beautiful lake house with a peaceful view of the lake. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything. It would be perfect if there were some paddle boards.

What a wonderful property!

Beautiful spacious home with 2 full master suits is great for large family trips. The walk to the lake is a nice gradual hill, pretty easy to navigate. I might suggest placing several tiki torches along the path down to the lake as the lighting at night is pretty dim walking down to the dock and firepit at night. The location was perfect, quiet little cove with so much amazing wildlife. We really enjoyed watching the Herons , Ospreys and Bald Eagles fishing in our cove. You may want to bring a pair of binoculars for a better look. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and even delivered a new coffee pot upon request when the one there died. We were very pleased and had a fantastic week at the lake. Thank you.

The property is spacious, modern, well laid out and comfortable. Provides prime access to Lake Anna and private for group fun and water entertainment. Our group enjoyed every inch of the house and were impressed with the setup. We surely recommend this property and would certainly return.

Clean and spacious home, perfect lake access and view. My friends and I were making plans to come back before we started packing up to go home.

This Airbnb was fantastic! We had a group of friends from high school stay here for a weekend and the house was clean with plenty of space to sleep, eat, and chill. Everything we could have wanted or needed from this house was ready for our stay. Having the backyard go right up to the lake was fantastic, we all spent a couple of hours just floating steps from our house! Additionally, Daniel was a great host by providing clear information, instruction, and suggestions for our stay. We would 100% go back!

We had a fantastic stay for my wife’s birthday. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space with loads of games and activities for the kids. What better way to wake up with a coffee by the water followed by some paddle boarding!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Daniel’s place was the perfect spot for our group to relax and spend time together. We especially loved a dining area big enough to accommodate us all at one table and the water toys available. Finally the lake itself was perfect - great seating area for those who didn’t want to spend time in the water but wanted to be with the group. Great views of the lake from the house too!

This house is gorgeous and has a lot of amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend at the lake and would definitely return. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean (shout out to the gorgeous master bathroom shower). Having two kitchens was nice even if we didn’t actually use the second one (it was nice having the extra fridge space). The house comes with everything you could possibly need, and we loved the hot tub and games for when we were not on the lake!
