Another awesome time at the lake!!! Daniel’s rental was cozy & comfortable. The view of the lake in morning & night is to die for 🌅…great location! This is my second year renting from Daniel’s homes. I love the decors, it gives a cozy comfy feeling. The location of the home is also a big plus too. This vacation was to relax & enjoy the peace & quietness from a hard days work😀 and we got that! Daniel was a wonderful host. He made it easy. He gave excellent instructions & reminders as our dates got closer. Check in & check out was easy. Thank you Daniel for another awesome vacation stay!

Designed Dreams is a gorgeous home with tons of amenities and plenty of space for a large group to spread out. The home was clean and beautifully decorated.
We loved being right on the water with our own sandy beach area and large dock in a quiet area of the lake. The deck of the home and other outdoor spaces were well equipped to host our large group.
The only thing that could have made our stay more enjoyable is if the landscaping had been better maintained, but other than that everything was perfect!
I would absolutely stay in any of Daniel’s homes after our experience at Designed Dreams and would highly recommend him and his homes to anyone.

Our family really enjoyed this home. It is situated on a perfect spot on the lake. It is located in a cove but does not take more than a couple of minutes to get through the no wake zone into the main lake.
The home is very spacious well set up for multiple families. We had a very late arrival (11:30 pm) and had trouble with the door code. I was able to call Zack who manages the emergency line and he picked up 1st ring and was able to get us into the home right away.

We really enjoyed our time at Hemlock Haven. The check-in/out instructions were thorough and easy, the house was spotless and cozy, and the area was secluded and private and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot! The amenities were above and beyond. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large family every day. The baby gates and pack n’ play were also used. It really was nice to not have to pack all those extra things in the car with us. The outdoor space was also lovely. The porch was the perfect size for us and we used the screened in porch every day! The walk-in beach to the lake was perfect for the little one with us. Great spot! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful large family vacation at Daniel's place. Daniel was VERY responsive to ensure certain amenities got fixed right away when they weren't initially working. This demonstrated a commitment to excellence, which my family and I greatly appreciated. The property is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location for a big family get-a-away. I'd definitely recommend it!

Beautiful lake house, the view of the lake and backyard was a dream. The house had everything you could imagine, excellent cooking utensils and pots and pans. Charging docks on the nightstand and tissues everywhere. This rental is top notch very well appointed, would definitely stay again.

my family spent four days here and there was plenty yo do for everyone of all ages, the kayaks had different sizes and weight limits that was super helpful for how many ages of kids/ up to adults we had. there were sand toys available in the boat house so if you forget yours, youre covered! there was also plenty of good board games and card games to play to wind down the night. overall, we hsd a really great time and would absolutely come back. the lake water is super warm, and we werent aware of that but it was a pleasant surprise because we visited late season.

Amazing house and an amazing host. Had a great family reunion! Definitely will be back again in the future.

Beautiful house in a fairly quiet part of Lake Anna. Plenty of sleeping options for our group. We enjoyed the lake, hot tub, fire pit and boat house. I believe somebody else mentioned climbing the ladder to get out of the lake was not easy, but to no fault of the owners as the lake water level was down so the climb out was easier for the younger set :)

We had a great time! The house was fantastic. Great access to the lake and the sand area was amazing for our kids. The house was beautiful and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent! This is a Tony Stark home and very enjoyable for all. The pool was fantastic and warm, and the space was excellent with many different areas for us to gather.

This was an amazing place!! Beautiful home right off the lake, location couldn’t have been better! House was very beautiful inside, had everything we needed. Daniel was very attentive and was easy to contact and helped with all of our questions! Check in and check out instructions we very easy to understand! I will definitely be booking this house again, our family absolutely loved it! Thank you Daniel!
