House was beautiful. Location was nice, walking distance to the lake!

Location, location, Location!! we have been renting at Lake Anna for the past eight years and this was by far the best rental. The panoramic view of the lake was breathtaking. The house had enough room for our party. The host was very prompt in communication. I would definitely recommend this home. We hope to rent it again in the future.

We had a great Labor Day weekend at Daniel‘s place with five couples despite a crazy storm that swept through on our first night, causing some external property damage and a temporary power outage. The property had a generator which was super helpful and we were able to make dinner and hang out on the Main level until the power returned. The owners checked on us promptly and sent a crew out to help clean up the debris.
The rest of the weekend was great. The view was peaceful and tranquil, and the location was very convenient to the marina, bars and restaurants. We rented a pontoon boat to enjoy the lake and the great weather. The house was perfect for 5 couples. Everyone had a beautiful space to sleep in and beautiful areas to gather to watch football or play games. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook big meals and enjoy our time together. We would highly recommend this location and this property.

Had a great stay for our grad school reunion! The house is super well stocked and the amenities were amazing - no shortage of games + the pool, hot tub, and firepit made the weekend perfect. Daniel also sends lots of instructions on how his policies and rules. Finally, the furniture and beds were super comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to celebrate with friends!

Beautiful lakefront property that was perfect for our large group. The main house and connected cottage gave us plenty of space, and the lake views and sunsets were incredible. We enjoyed gathering on the outdoor decks and relaxing in the perfectly heated infinity pool. The kitchen was well stocked, and the deep water off the dock was great for swimming. Between boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, lake swimming, and the pool, there was something for everyone.

Exactly as advertised. Check in and communication was great. House FULLY stocked (lake towels, soap/shampoo, loaded kitchen, kayaks/SUP/floating mat). We checked in immediately following a storm and one of the AC units wasn’t working. Property manager communicated quickly through the VRBO app and then called us the next morning and had a technician out immediately that morning to fix the issue. Very smooth. We had two families with 5 kids aged 5-12, and everyone had a fantastic time. Would absolutely rent again. Thanks for a great stay!

Daniel’s place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Comfy beds, great kitchen and game room on top of awesome spot on the Lake made for memorable vacation. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Daniel’s place was great! He has a beautiful home, and having lakefront access along with a pool was a must have for our group. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property.

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful and spacious. We grilled both nights in their outdoor gas grill, and also took advantage of the kayaks! Would come back!

Great stay, perfect for our large group!

We had a great weekend trip at the lake. Well stocked kitchen and the private pier and kayaks were great. We did come in right after a strong storm that knocked down some large branches on the driveway but that was taken care of very promptly.

This is a beautiful home and was perfect for a large family. The house, the lake view, and the are surroundings were wonderful.

We had a large group for my daughter’s wedding near by and we needed multiple homes. Daniel helped us find 3 houses right next door to each other. It was absolutely perfect. The homes were all spacious and included everything we could have needed. Daniel was a great host and the communication was top notch. Lake Anna is a beautiful place to visit and my out of town family enjoyed the stay very much.

This is a great house for spending time at the lake. They have great options for water toys and just got a brand new swim mat! The garage is great, and there are so many games! The room above the garage is private for anyone who wants to stay away from the rest of the house. The AC in the house and the garage works great!! The host is great, and we would stay here again!

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. The house was gorgeous, sparkling clean, peaceful and just an overall amazing stay. We loved the hot tub and movies in the theater room every night. Games in the basement were fun. I loved the location and the beautiful house. It was so peaceful. It had everything you needed! I can’t wait to stay here again!
