The house is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. The kayaks and the stand up paddle board were fantastic. Beds are so comfy. And the common area with the kitchen and family/great room are great.

We enjoyed our stay, this is a beautiful property. It allows you to enjoy beautiful views at all times.

The property was so beautiful for our family & offered so much inside & out. There were spacious areas to gather yet at the same time, each of our 6 families had their own relaxing private spaces.
Lake Anna itself is so peaceful! The dock by the lake was a favorite spot to sit, relax, read, talk & of course launch the included canoe & kayaks. The kids absolutely loved being able to jump off the dock & swim! The stairs going down to the lake were great, making it easy for even older people to be able to use them with ease. Loved the bonfire pit—there was plenty of firewood provided. The pool & hot tub were a bonus! The house offered many options for dining. The home was thoughtfully arranged. We did have a few issues, but Daniel was very responsive in doing all that he could to resolve them. Everyone unanimously said they slept well in the comfy beds. There were plenty of linens & also items in the kitchen to meet our needs. Check in & out was a breeze. So thankful for our stay! :)

It was a great experienced we enjoyed our stay and the house was extremely beautiful and lots of fun things to do. We really loved the house and hoping one day to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Zachary's place was beautiful and open. It has a large well equipped, well-stocked kitchen and butler's pantry that opened to a large family room and dining area that overlooked Lake Anna. We had a birthday- family reunion with plenty of room to cook and visit with the adults while the kids watched football and played pingpong downstairs. One father closed the event an early evening kayaking on the lake with kids whole Mom relaxed at the firepit. The Sunrise cup of coffee & a good book on the deck overlooking the lake our favorite activity. The whole family enjoyed this house.

Beautiful property with lovely water views! Very comfortable home with numerous inside and outside locations to enjoy the incredible water views. Very private and quiet location tucked into a nice neighborhood and conveniently located close to grocery store, restaurants and other local amenities. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the property and gorgeous Lake Anna!

The house was amazing, we had our girls soccer team dinner there and had plenty of space for everyone! We decided last minute to rent the boat and it well worth it, lake is beautiful.

This is a beautiful home, and I could not have asked for a more comfortable living area to share with my children and new granddaughter. We enjoyed cooking as a family in the beautiful kitchen overlooking the lake. The outside was just what we wanted from the beach to the firepit and corn hole. The owner was quick and responsive to the few issues raised and everything was resolved amazingly. Highly recommend.

Peaceful space in a beautiful location.
The house is gorgeous and well laid out with plenty of space to spend together or tuck off for some privacy. The teens loved the downstairs area equipped with gaming table, arcade, movie theater, gym, kitchenette coffee bar, and bedroom. Which left the rest of the house for me to relax. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. This home boasts an amazing backyard right on Lake Anna with an amazing deck complete with comfortable deck furniture a gazebo and bar. Plenty of water toys to keep everyone entertained for days. The girls spent all weekend on the paddle boards or kayaking all over the lake. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful house that was well stocked with all the necessities. All amenities were well maintained, house was very clean, furniture was spotless and of high quality. We had a great time at the lake!

The house was gorgeous. And so well stocked up. We hope we can secure it next year for the triathlon again!! Kids had an amazing time in the water with the kayak and paddling boards. Couldn’t have been more pleased! Thank you!

The Airbnb was in a beautiful location. The place was clean and had great amenities/ lots thought out. We had some issues with the hot tub, but they came and fixed it very quickly. The only thing I would change is I wish there blinds throughout the house and better curtains in the master bedroom.

Pros: New house so the amenities are new and clean. Adults and kids will have somethings to do. Theater room and swim spa are big bonus for the kids. Very responsive to any questions or requests.
Cons: the beds are not that comfortable.

My family and I absolutely loved our long weekend at Daniel’s home. The house is large, well appointed and extremely clean. We especially loved spending time at the large kitchen island and the patio deck overlooking the lake. All of the water toys you may want are available, including canoes and kayaks. Fish can be caught from shore or using the canoe. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with extensive cooking supplies and table wear. The furniture and beds were super comfortable. Daniel was communicative and responsive. I highly recommend.

The home is beautiful, new, and very well-equipped. The host really thought of everything! The bed was amazing, high-end liens and mattress was perfect. I love there was a sound machine in the bedroom already. The house was spotless, and clutter free. We did not use due to the shortness of trip and was working remotely but there were lots of offerings for outdoor water. fun. The community was very peaceful, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

What a wonderful weekend. Everything about the home was really perfect!

Daniel was a very accommodating host, with a very well-kept property that comes with plenty to keep a huge party of people entertained. I have no real complaints. I hope I have the chance to stay here again at some point in the future
