Our stay at this beautiful Lake Anna property was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the serene surroundings and stunning views of the lake. The house was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
We loved spending time on the spacious deck, enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the views. The evenings were equally magical, with the fire pit creating the perfect atmosphere for family conversations under the stars.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the book collection available. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and recharge. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway by the lake, this is the spot! We will definitely be returning.

This place is 10/10. The house was nice and clean and had everything you would need to enjoy yourself. The dock was such a nice place to hangout and the boat ramp was really close by. I had a few questions and the hosts responded quickly and clearly. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

I hosted a mom’s getaway at Rock Island and the stay exceed our expectations. This was a time of rest, relaxation and refreshing for moms and this house was the perfect backdrop for our local staycation. The house was beautifully designed with all the amenities of home plus a peaceful scenery. I couldn’t have asked for a better location being less than 2 hours from the capital beltway. We used all the amenities and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. We even had a photoshoot on the dock. The owner’s were super responsive and sent accommodations as request were made. I am already looking to book another stay at Rock Island to bring the husband and kids back for a stay.

The Owl’s Nest is the perfect getaway from DC. A spectacular location, cozy home with every amenity, and wonderful hosts. We spent a few days enjoying the porch, fire pit, hot tub, and grill. Sitting outside listening to the wind in the tall trees was simply the best. We explored a local winery, went on long walks, and truly had the most relaxing time. Our hosts were very communicative and clear with instructions. They made everything so easy and stress free. We felt completely safe and comfortable, and would absolutely return!

A beautiful house that provided ample space for our large two-family get together. Easy access to the dock and the lake. Would definitely come back again!

The house was gorgeous. It had everything you would need for a stay. Gorgeous views and tons of games inside and out. Plenty of towels, spare sheets, and paper products, so we never worried about going low on anything. Very private. We plan to return in the summer for a stay.

The house was even better in person than it was in the pictures! The host was super responsive, the rooms were incredibly clean, and the lake was beautiful. We really enjoyed taking the kayaks/paddleboard out on the lake to watch the sunset. We had so much fun, and we will definitely be returning!

Our stay at Fin-n-Tonic was great! It was perfect for our family of 8. We had 2 toddlers with us and we felt that the house did have many additions that were ideal for the children such as baby gates, kids dish ware, high chair, books and more. The home is spacious and clean with wonderful views in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the doors that opened into it from the living room. It created a wonderful space to hang out. The dock and outdoors was great. We rented a boat and a jetski from a local company so it was a perfect place to enjoy them. Daniel's property was a great location for us to enjoy our time as a family and create new memories. Daniel and his team were responsive and communicative. We highly recommend staying at Fin-n-Tonic when visiting Lake Anna.

The space was exactly as dedcribed- clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything i needed. The host was always available and attentive which made everything a great experience.
