Great Property for large groups

We absolutely loved this stay. The house was as beautiful as advertised and more. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house and property was perfect for all ages. Everyone in our group loved it! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Overall, the house was great. Tidy, well stocked with lots of fun things inside and outside for all ages. Additionally, there were a lot of great safety features for young kids (gates at the house, doors and leading down to the dock). For the price, I would have expected it to be a bit more maintained and cleaner inside. Overall though, I would recommend staying here!

Awesome house and location.

Our stay at Lake Anna for the 4th was a great time. We were able to spend some time out on the water and enjoy all of the amenities that came with the space. A great location to host a group and have some fun in the sun. Would absolutely love to come back.

Daniel’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Our boys loved the playroom and we all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit each night. The house is beautiful and we really appreciated the items (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, etc) available for us to use without having to go out upon arrival or during the trip. It was a great stay!

We had a great stay at this lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful, and we really enjoyed our time by the lake. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our family of 15 could not find a week of time that worked for our usual beach vacation so we were looking for a long weekend. We got lucky when we found this home in Bumpass. It looks just like the photos. Cleanliness is imperative and this home is pretty much new. It is very well appointed, I can't think of anything we wanted for other than ice! Our 7 grands range in age from 6-12 and they all had a blast with the kayaks. There were 2 plus we brought 2 and a large raft. There were lots of life vests for our use. It was unusually hot, 100+ degrees every day and Lake Anna was almost as hot so we probably spent more time inside than would normally. Lower level was great for the kids and parents had main floor to watch Fifa games! We had questions early on and Daniel always responded within minutes! Beautiful house and and lots of fun memories. The neighbors were really nice too!

Absolutely loved Amber Sunset!! My three generation family decided to visit Lake Anna for the first time over the 4th of July weekend. We picked this property due to the bedroom arrangements and the outdoor space. We took full advantage of the paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe that were available, taking long floats out towards the island and fishing for all kinds of critters! Small kids and grandparents alike had fun with all the outdoor (and indoor amenities). We also did a bunch of cooking and the kitchen was fully setup with all equipment needed. Even with the heat (it was 100 degrees the entire trip but the AC kept up!), we used the sun porch for card games during lunch in our bathing suits, did body weight workouts on the large deck, ate dinner on the big outdoor table, and even sat out on the sand. The yard was big, enough room for a rowdy wiffle ball game :) Loved the extras like the ice maker and updated bathrooms! House was clean, cozy, and we would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was great to work with and communicated very well. We had a septic alarm issue, but the host and local team addressed it quickly, and had a service technician on-site in a short period of time. Things like that happen in any home from time to time, and they were prepared and professional in their response. Highly recommend.

This home is beautiful! The pictures don't do the space any justice. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are immaculate. Plenty of space to bring multiple families!

We loved our week here! The home was the perfect size for our family and the swim area and boats at the dock provided a great place for the kids to play. We were able to bring our boat and tie it up at the dock on the property. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay here was so amazing that we extended it two extra nights! We had 15 people with us and there was plenty of room for everyone! The place was absolutely beautiful. The dock and outside areas were some of the highlights. We used the paddle boards and kayaks daily. The private side of the lake was very peaceful. This is our second trip to Lake Anna and we’ll definitely rent this house again in the future if it’s available!

The house was lovely and communication with prompt. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 8 children.
The lake was good for swimming and paddle boarding. We were there during a heat wave and unfortunately the water was quite warm. There were a couple of nippy fish, but they did not deter us from the water.

We absolutely love this home. This is our 3rd time booking this house. it works well for our large group and is situated perfectly on the lake. it is on a nice quiet cover but has easy access to the main part of the lake. Daniel and crew are very responsive to any requests or needs which we appreciate. Highly recommend this home!

Really enjoyed our week long stay here with 15 of us, the space was gorgeous inside and out. The lake was perfect for a swim off our dock, we did smores around the fire pit, we could all fit at the dinner table together which is amazing, the kitchen was huge and open, the teens had tons of their own space downstairs including a movie theater ! Could not have been better. Will come again.

Amazing house and we felt it exceeded expectations. My family enjoyed having plenty of space to spread out and ample areas to hang out all together. We all loved the boat dock, multiple fans on the dock helped during the massive heat wave we encountered. Already thinking of we can all get together and book again. No major issues and the couple of times we reached out to Daniel, he responded very quickly.
