The kids loved the lake with the private beach and the activities area upstairs. We had a wonderful time and would love to return again sometime in the future.

We have an awesome trip to the lake. The house was immaculate, plenty of room for all 15 of us, beds were comfortable, the house was fully stocked with all necessities. We definitely made some great memories here. Highly recommend this house for your travels.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property. The lake access is fantastic and one of the best features of the house. We really enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, hot tub, and game room, which had plenty of games for everyone. The house was also very well stocked with towels, which was a nice touch.
The owner was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever we had questions. One thing we didn’t realize before arriving is that the property is actually made up of two separate houses. It ended up working well for our group and would be especially nice for anyone wanting a private suite while still staying together.
Overall, it was an excellent value for the price. The water on the warm side is really warm. We had a great time.

We had a great weekend trip to S’more Lake Anna and look forward to returning and staying longer. We booked last minute and I was probably the most annoying client with all my questions but they all got answered quickly. And yes, snores were made :)

Such a beautiful home! One of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had. Communication was definitely 5 star! We had 16 people; the house is perfect for a large group. For daily fun there was a ton of water toys both for the lake and for the pool. We could not have had a better home to have our family vacation.

The house was great and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen was. The essential toiletries were a nice bonus, and the craft table was a huge hit with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We spent a week with a large group and everyone was very pleased with the house. Many things are provided - coffee, hand soap, shampoo and body wash, lots of extra towels and extra life vests were appreciated. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The hosts were very responsive. The area is quiet and the water is clear and comfortably warm. There was construction going on around us, but that couldn't be helped. We had a great time, and in fact, have booked the house for next year.

What a beautiful location on the lake and the house was equally beautiful. The large windows make an impact as soon as you walk in. The home itself and the furnishings were all up to my high and candidly very picky Standards for cleanliness and felt relatively new and not used. The layout was fantastic. The dock was great for fishing and just sitting on the water where life feels better. We will definitely consider staying at this house again, and I do appreciate that the host was proactive in their outreach.

My family and I felt right at home. The view is nice and it had a private feeling even when outside. Daniel responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner. I would definitely stay there again ...minus my niece 😍 that mistakenly locked all the bedroom doors, 😆. Daniel I'm so sorry. I hope that you will let us stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake home. Great location and easy access to the water. The backyard is beautiful and such a peaceful space to enjoy.
