Very nice vacation home

Really great place to stay. The kids were entertained from morning to night, and we loved how peaceful everything was. Clean house, great location, and everything made for an easy, relaxing trip. There are a ton of activities, games, etc., for the kids. Great dock for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.

We stayed here comfortably with 5 families and had no need to leave the property all week! The kids loved playing in the water all day and enjoyed playing games on the screened in porch at night.

Awesome property. Highly recommend to stay in this property. Super luxury and relaxing to enjoy with friend and family. Always a great vibe. This house was beyond beautiful!

We have stayed at this same house for several summers in a row. We keep coming back because of the cleanliness, responsiveness of property management and property location. It does not disappoint!

This cabin is a wonderful place for families! It is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, that feels both cozy and welcoming. The layout of the cabin is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a variety of sleeping situations. The basement area is perfect for children, both older and younger, well-stocked with toys, games, books, and an entertainment system. As for the outdoors, there is a beautiful garden area before you walk down to the dock. We had access to a canoe, kayaks, paddle board and life jackets (though I would recommend bringing a vest for any children under 50 lbs). The lake access was perfect for kids (and adults) to enjoy as it was very shallow and only gradually descended outward. There was a floating pad and floating dock in addition to the stationary dock. It is located in an inlet but is still close to a huge, open portion of the lake if you desire. It was a safe area for kids to be out on the canoe, close to shorelines. We hope to return!

Our stay at this Lake Anna house was absolutely perfect! The home was exactly as described... clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, making check-in and our stay perfect.
We had an amazing time and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great Lake Anna vacation!

We had a great stay! The house was incredibly clean, well stocked and comfortable beds. Daniel was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be looking to book either this house or one of Daniel’s other properties again.

Our family was completely satisfied with the house. The layout was perfect and so was the communication. My family loved the dock and so did our fur babies! It was perfect for fishing and swimming. The only thing I would ask for would be some larger pots and pans it was tricky cooking for a large group. We would definitely stay again.

House was great. We loved just hanging out at the house and dock and taking advantage of fishing and kayaking. The downstairs game and movie room are awesome. We also enjoyed the firepit.
If you want a quiet place to just enjoy good times with friends and family this is the place.

The family loved this house! We had a great time together and pulling up and seeing the renovated dock with the added 2nd level that wasn't in the original pictures was a fantastic surprise! We loved the fact that every bedroom had it's own bathroom! The kitchen was big enough for everyone and they had any supplies you needed.Dan (the host) was so easy to get in touch with and responded immediately to any questions I had during the entire process! We're looking forward to returning here next year and probably will even add another day to our trip! thank you! Rick

this was the prefect place to spend the weekend. we had game nights, chats around the fire pit and fun at the lake. We BBQ ribs to perfection and enjoys wine on the deck. it you want a clean and beautiful lake home you should book.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The place had literally everything for our group stay. The kids stayed busy on the water as well as inside on a rainy day. The arcade basement room was the kids’ dream! Us adults loved the hot tub after a day of kayaking and playing with the kids all day. When it came time to prep and make meals the kitchen had great pots and pans, knives were awesome, great appliances for all of our needs. The big dining table held us well, as well as the big sectional for watching the World Cup! The only thing I will say for future guests, when you are outside by the water, there is no shade from trees. They do provide a few umbrellas, we brought our beach tent for the kids playing in sand. The water access was very slimy and muddy, due to the location on the canal, so maybe bring water shoes. Other than that? The kayaks and paddle boards were a huge hit, and we brought a fishing pole for the kids and everyone caught a little sunfish and earned their smores that night!
Overall, would recommend!

This home was perfect for our leadership team retreat. The setting was beautiful and extremely peaceful. The house was very clean, well kept, and had great spaces for meetings and for relaxation. The attached “apartment” suite with a second kitchen was a bonus! Daniel and his team always responded to our messages very quickly.
