Great house. Clean. Good Location and view. Owners thought of everything!

We had such a wonderful stay! Our family enjoyed kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming in the lake (it’s very warm - perfect in September!), the hot tub, movies in the theater room, and caught a lot of fish right off the dock! While there isn’t much in the area to do, it was incredibly relaxing and well worth the quiet family time spent together. The host was very responsive and kind, and helpful - always quick to message back to any questions or concerns we had. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working down by the dock during our stay, and would drop Wi-Fi in the master bedroom - but it has been brought to the host’s attention and we have no doubt they’ll address it for future guests. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated all the little details - things like towels by the back door and even several fragrance free soaps (for my fragrance allergies). Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was just what we needed for a relaxing long weekend. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. The kids absolutely loved spending time at the lake and in the pool—it made the trip extra special for them. Daniel and Joe were fantastic hosts, always quick to respond and helpful whenever we had a question. The whole stay was smooth and easy to enjoy. If there’s one small note, it’s that the process felt a bit more commercialized than a typical owner-run rental, with some extra forms outside of Airbnb and an additional fee for pool heat. That said, everything was clearly explained, and overall the experience was wonderful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The Lake house was the perfect place for our family reunion. There was ample room for us to spread out and still feel together. The game room was a big hit for both adults and kiddos! Every possible detail for guests was thought through. Exceptional home! Looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed in this house for three days with a big group of friends and absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect – the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy, and it felt like home right away. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even better. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Host was very responsive and the house is beautiful! Tons of space and each bedroom has a bathroom. Love all the water toys and it was great having shuffleboard, ping pong and Connect4 in the basement. Hot tub, fire pit and games were an added bonus - there is something for everyone. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Wow, this house and nearby lake are fantastic. The home is very spacious with great amenities for kids. The upstairs bedroom with 4 built in bunkbeds and awesome toys was a dream for my 2 and 4 year olds. The beach was right across the street- the water was warm and the sandy shore was perfect for kids to play in and to launch the kayak. It was a perfect peaceful weekend away in nature.

Gorgeous space and super responsive host. Landscaping and exterior provisions required greater oversight and care. All basic amenities and a few more were provided. Location, view and cleanliness of the home were impressive. Highly recommend :)

The setting was very tranquil.
The house was definitely well appointed. The only downside was the huge hill down to the lakefront.

We LOVED our time here! The view was perfect, the kayaks provided were fantastic, and the house was amazing. It was our first time in Lake Anna and will definitely be back to this place.
