This home was the perfect place to spend time with friends and kids! We loved the game room and being on the water! Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

We had a great time staying at Lake Anna. The place was clean, spacious, and had a great view! We really enjoyed the screened in porch on the dock. Daniel was very communicative and had detailed check in/check out instructions. We cant wait to come back!

The location was beautiful. Loved the amenities and the games in the house. Host was very responsive. The house has what you need and looks just like the pictures. The place was clean. The things I did not love would be broken locks on doors. The back door lock was broken and some of the room doors as well, which made us feel a little unsafe and uneasy at night. I contacted the host about it and was told the team would investigate. Nothing was fixed during our stay, I guess they felt the neighborhood was safe enough for it to not be a priority. There were also a good amount of flies and fruit flies inside the home upon arrival, which was not the best. Other than those 2 things, we had a great stay and would book again.

We had a dozen adults on our trip and the house was wonderful. It was fun swimming in the warm water, jumping off the dock, enjoying the views in a beautiful place. The house had everything we needed. Towels and linens included is a huge plus and all bathrooms have shampoo/body wash. The house was as described. We had a wonderful time, definitely a highlight of my year. Perfect frictionless vacation.
Daniel was extremely proactive, communicative, kind, and generous with his time. Great host that cares deeply about service. If I had a house at Lake Anna I would hire him to manage it.
Check out process was easy. Just treat the house like you'd treat your own place.
Minor minor minor nitpicks are the water pressure gets low with multiple people taking showers at the same time. The bunk beds should probably be only for children as the mattresses aren't super thick. The house could use a couple more sheet pans.
I would highly recommend this place for your extended family vacation.

The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. My family very much enjoyed kayaking on the lake, the fire pit and the hot tub. It was a very relaxing getaway weekend. The house was perfect for our family of 10 adults.

We stayed at Home Base for a girls trip and could not have asked for a better place to stay! There were so many activities located right at the house— we swam right off the dock and relaxed around the fire pit in the evening. The dock was so convenient and allowed for a charter boat to pull right up to pick us up and the house was also walking distance to a restaurant! The size of the indoor and outdoor tables and quantity of beds were perfect for our group of 10. We all enjoyed ourselves and are planning separate trips to return with our families in the future!

The place was spectacular and peaceful. Daniel is a great and responsive host.

An immaculate home to go on vacation!! Me and my family went for my son’s 8th birthday and we all ended up enjoying!!! It’s a perfect getaway. The host Daniel is a super host friendly and always responding. Very thankful to him. We are definitely going back!!

Daniel's house was perfect for what we needed - could easily handle a big group, with lots of space and bedrooms - and was in a great location. Daniel is very responsive and easy to work with, we would definitely book again.

Such a lovely, peaceful, relaxing, private location with gorgeous views of the water and surrounding woods in a clean, uncluttered, spacious, airy-but-cozy cabin with oodles of natural light. The photos really do not do it justice, it's even more beautiful in person! The host was fantastic, friendly, helpful and just the right amount of communication and always responded to messages quickly!

Daniel’s Airbnb was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The house was large enough to fit our group of 15 adults and 4 toddlers / babies. The screened in porch was a favorite feature of the Airbnb, great for meals, playing board games, and work from home. We loved having access to Lake Anna and kayaks. Daniel was incredibly communicative, providing us with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly how he said it would be! We enjoyed time on the beautiful lake as well as had a great time fishing! It was even stuff for our 1 year old to get into! We appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us 10/10!

My family and I came to Lake Anna for the weekend and we booked Daniel’s house. The house was so beautiful and peaceful. It was so clean and everything was accessible and easy to find. Instructions were easy to follow. We had a great time relaxing at the lake. I would definitely book with Daniel again

Vista Point Estate is great for a large extended family like ours. There's plenty of room to spread out but also many areas to come together: the deck, the game area, the pool/patio, dining/living room, fire pit. For the most part, communication was good, especially for the more important things, like when the pool pump did not come back on after a power outage. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The pool, pool table, and dock were all used extensively. We brought a motor boat and small sail boat and used both most days; we used the boat launch in the nearby park. On the not so good side, all the windows need a good cleaning, as do the decks. Some of the kitchen items also needed washed before use. We would recommend Vista Pointe Estate to any large group of family or friends!

Fantastic, spacious house and host was amazing! All was as described and pictures showed exactly what house looked like. Location was perfect. Incredible views from every window. So many amenities and extras - we did not have time to enjoy everything. Perfect for families with littles and dogs. The fenced in yard area was great. A gem of a property. We had such a great week here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this lake house! The waterfront views were stunning — perfect for sunrise in the morning with coffee or beautiful and relaxing evenings. We loved swimming right off the dock and spent hours fishing — it was peaceful, fun, and the setting couldn’t have been better.
The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You can tell the hosts put care into every detail.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great water access and serene surroundings. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great home. Plenty of space for 12 people without feeling crowded. The dock and lake area is wonderful. Our entire group loved our stay.
