And a double king bedroom with two king beds, sunset canvas art, and its own balcony. A full bathroom with herringbone tile tub-shower combo serves the upper level.
Lower Level:
The family room has a green sectional, projector with large screen, and movie poster wall for a true theater feel. A sliding door opens to the backyard. The quad bunk room features four built-in bunks with individual curtains, reading lights, and a bold chalkboard wall where guests leave their mark. The game room has a red-felt pool table, dartboard, gumball machine, and a teal-walled bar with stools and counter seating. The lower level has its own full bathroom and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Multi-level decks wrap the home with Adirondack chairs, umbrella dining, lounge seating, and a ping-pong table on the covered lower deck. A hot tub is tucked under the upper deck for year-round use. The screened porch off the main level seats six for bug-free dining.
The backyard slopes through mature trees to a playground and down to the waterfront. A stone fire pit ringed with blue Adirondack chairs sits near the water for evening gatherings. The sandy beach area has lounge chairs and umbrellas for afternoons by the lake.
