Daniel was a great host! I booked this place and it exceeded my expectations. The place was clean and very spacious! It was hard to find space for a large group of people and this place has a lot of space! We made good use of the games in the basement and the theater room. Daniel was very responsive when we had questions. Instructions that he sent was very clear. Everyone that came also loved this place. My only wish was that check out time was a little later, but it’s not enough to knock down my rating of this place and the responsiveness of our host. I would love to book this place again over the summer to make better use of the outdoor space!

Great location on the lake, the home was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make large meals. Great game room set up on the basement! The view was beautiful! Host was responsive, informative, and helpful!

Our family and friends absolutely enjoyed the stay at the home. The home exceeded our expectations - it was fully stocked in the kitchen, we had everything we needed from entertainment options to outdoor seating and lounging in many areas. It's a well-spread home, so you never feel like you can't have space for yourself either. The outdoor space is so beautiful, very peaceful. We would love to come back in the summer time when we can have more outdoor activity on the lake. Daniel was very responsive and prompt to all our queries. Highly recommend :)

Daniel was very responsive to all my questions. House is beautiful & kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Neighborhood was quiet - property was fantastic! I hosted a group of friends for a Friendsgiving get together & everyone was extremely satisfied with the accommodations. A+++ home!

We stayed at this beautiful property on Lake Anna and had a wonderful experience overall. The views were absolutely incredible and made the stay feel special from the moment we arrived. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay.One of the highlights for our family was the movie room—having candy and popcorn provided was such a fun and thoughtful touch, and the kids absolutely loved it.The only downside was that we visited in December and were really hoping to enjoy the hot tub, but it wouldn’t heat past 99 degrees, so it felt more like a warm bath than a true hot tub experience.Aside from that, this was a great property and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely consider staying again, especially in warmer months.

Daniel was incredibly responsive throughout the stay. The house was very clean, the view was beautiful, and the hot tub was a huge hit! It was very fun - we’ll definitely be back again.

Wonderful place with a great host.

When I arrived (early December) the thermostat was set to 62 and was locked so it couldn't be adjusted. Once I notified the host that this was going to be an issue, the host was quickly able to get me access so we could turn the heat up. Other than that, the stay was great and we enjoyed the view and cozy beds. my family visiting from our of state really enjoyed their time here and on Lake Anna.

The pictures don’t do the home justice. Extremely spacious, welcoming and clean. Host was very communicative. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back in the future!

a beautiful house a really great space for a big group! the hot tub and game room were great for a winter birthday weekend. we did have some issues with the oven not working but daniel was quick to accommodate and refund us for added grocery expenses which was really great of him! very few airbnb hosts are willing to go the extra mile to make up for things like that so i really appreciated it. seemed like he really cared about making sure we had a great time. my friends even looked at booking it for their own birthdays!

We had the most perfect stay at Lake Anna. The house was huge, comfortable, spacious and had everything that we needed. It was snowing when we were there which made it just beautiful. Would definately return if we could.
