Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carrs Landing. The views from the main floor were amazing. The house itself was just beautiful: it was very clean and bright, the bedroom suites were very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook with, and the fireplace was nice and cozy for the cool evenings. The outside was just as lovely: the large deck was nice to watch the sunset from, the dock had plenty of room for sitting and fishing from there was amazing (sunfish, catfish, and bass), and the fire pit (the best one I have ever seen and I am a camper!) was spacious and made for a fun evening under the stars. Daniel and the team were very responsive with any questions we had throughout the entire process from making the reservation to checking out. Carrs Landing was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving get away!

My family and i came to Virginia to visit my mom for Thanksgiving. We always stay in a house on Lake Anna whenever we visit. This house was beautiful, clean, and felt like we were right at home. The kids had a lot of fun sleeping in the bunkbed room, we took advantage of the large soaking tub in the primary and my husband was in heaven fishing off of the dock. Daniel and Zack were wonderful hosts, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back again one summer!

Spent Thanksgiving here with friends and family. The location was absolutely beautiful. The house itself was as promised in the photos. In fact, I felt like the living areas were more spacious than expected. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances to cook a Thanksgiving meal, and the space was perfect for hosting. Between the kayaks, table games, and pickle ball courts, we were well entertained our entire stay. Daniel was also very welcoming and very responsive.

Great house for an extended family thanksgiving!

Our family booked this beautiful home to spend Thanksgiving together, coming from Florida and Virginia. This home was warm, spacious and gave us all a comfortable and wonderful place to spend time together. The view is absolutely amazing, and the outdoor space was great, even on the colder days, allowing folks to be outdoors. We enjoyed the 2-story dock, the hot tub, and the living room area, which was accommodating. The basement level had ping pong, shuffleboard, and games to keep the kids entertained. The home worked well for our family member who uses a wheelchair and needs one-level accommodations. Everything he needed was on the main level, so he could enjoy the time with everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked, open, and made preparing a large meal so easy for all of us. The bedrooms were cozy, clean, and well-located. The beds were so comfortable. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating, and we had a great experience working with them overall. We hope to stay here again soon!

This house is in a perfect location, immaculate, and had every amenity you could imagine. The pictures actually don’t do it justice! Daniel was a fantastic host, vey responsive, gave clear and easy directions on all things related to the house and surrounding area. Blueberry Bay will be a great part of my family’s Thanksgiving 2025 memories.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This house is fantastic, perfect location right on Lake Anna and incredibly comfortable for our group of 4 families, 8 adults and 9 kids. Everything was spotless and so well thought-out. We’d book again in a heartbeat and happily recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few relaxing days with friends or family. Spent a long thanksgiving weekend with my adult children and their families, plenty of room for all of us and lots of activities for all age groups! Beautiful home and perfect location, couldn’t ask for anything more, will definitely rent this home again in the future! Strongly recommend!

This was such a great location and house! It was one of the cleanest Airbnb's we've booked and well stocked with all the essentials. We definitely hope to be back!

This sprawling lakeside house was a great spot for our extended family ages 18-89, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, several dining spaces, and large, open living spaces. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed to cook for a large crowd, and having basic pantry items (spices, etc.) and an extra fridge in the garage were really helpful. Both sunrise and sunset were beautiful from the house, through the large windows upstairs and downstairs and from the decks. The hot tub was a bonus for those late night chat sessions. Though it was too cold over the Thanksgiving holiday for outdoor activities such as swimming and boating, there were plenty of indoor activities available, including ping pong, pool, etc., and cozy spots for reading and playing card games. The game room in the garage with the TV was great for getting in some video workouts. All household instructions were clear and well-communicated.
